Please be informed that room rate is inclusive of the following: maid service (once every 3 days), daily towel change WiFi connection water supply and electricity.

Maid service is provided once every 3 nights, including sweeping the floor, taking out garbage, making up beds. On the departure date, if there are any dirty dishes left, THB 500 will be deducted from your security deposit without prior notice.

Please be informed that no pets are allowed in the villa. If found, THB 2000 will be collected as fine for professional deep cleaning.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking area is outside where ashtrays are provided. If found, THB 5000 will be collected as fine for professional deep cleaning.

Please note that the villas are located in a private village with permanent neighbours. The property kindly asks guests to keep the noise level to the minimum after 22:00 hrs.

Any early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charged. This must also be confirmed directly with the property at least 24 hour prior to arrival.

A damage deposit of THB 5000 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
