House Rules
1)Please put your waste in the black bin outside. Never leave food or waste uncovered in the house. This attracts insects and ants.
2) No Smoking Inside: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the house. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of up to 5,000 Baht.
3) No Firearms Allowed: Firearms are not permitted anywhere on the property. Discovery of firearms will lead to immediate police notification.
4) Keycard and Keys: Please take care of your keycard and keys. A fine will be imposed for any lost items.
5) No Marijuana Use: The use of marijuana within the house is strictly forbidden. A fine of 5,000 Baht will be enforced for violations.
6) Swimming and Activities: All swimming and activities within the property are undertaken at your own risk. Please be cautious and responsible. *We will not be held liable for any injuries or deaths.
7) Extra Bath Towels: Should you require additional bath towels during your stay, a fee of 50 Baht per towel will be charged.
8) Bed Linen and Duvet Cover Change: If a change of bed linen and duvet cover is requested during your stay, there will be a charge of 200 Baht per bed.
