Emmarin Villa Pattaya

1. On the day of check-in, guests must pay a damage deposit of 20,000 baht. If no damage occurs, guests will receive a full refund on the day of check-out.
2. Please wash the kitchenware, dishes, bowls, glasses, spoons, and forks both in the villa and the outdoor kitchen after use. If you are unable to wash them, we offer a maid service to help with the washing at a rate of 2,000 baht per time.
3. We reserve the right to cancel the stay and not issue a refund if it is found that the number of guests or visitors in the accommodation exceeds the agreed and notified amount.
4.In the case of not notifying and being found to have brought pets into the vicinity of the accommodation, a fine will be imposed and an undisclosed pet service fee of 3,000 Baht/night/animal will be charged.
5. Cleaning the bedroom (sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash) for all bedrooms costs 3,000 per time. However, if you want to change the bed linens, there will be an additional charge. 800 baht/room
6. No equipment or sound systems that cause loud noise are allowed inside the accommodation under any circumstances, except for those provided by the accommodation.
7. In the event of damage to the accommodation and various properties within the premises, the guest acknowledges and agrees to pay for all damages incurred, including the cost of materials and labor of the repairman at actual cost or at the price specified by the accommodation on the day of check-in.
8. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the accommodation. If cigarette butts or the smell of cigarettes are found, the accommodation will impose a fine of 10,000 baht per instance.
