Please not that :
● There is a security deposit costs 3,000 baht (15,000 baht for long stay) when check in and you will get it back when check out if there is no any lost and damages.
● There is no cleaning service during your stay inculding long-stay guest. (for safety from Covid-19)
● Towels will be provided and changed every 7 days for long stay only.
● Please do not be loud/noisy after 22.00 pm.
● Stricly no smoking inside
● Please clean kitchen equipment, plates or glasses after your meal
● Only for Long stay guests need to pay for electricity fee : standard 5 THB/ unit
● Cooking outside (cooking area is provided in front of the house)
● No pet allowed.
● Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you are not using them.
● Please lock the door and close the windows when leaving the property.
● Please be careful when using cooking appliances, or other fire hazards.
● Please be careful when using slider. It should slide not more than 2 people per time.
