Our goal is to provide you with a high standard of accommodation together with quality hospitality services and a personal touch to make sure you have the best environment to enjoy your holidays. When you arrive, we will give you a checklist to remind you about the following points: check-in and check-out times (as per our listing), maximum capacity (as per our listing), no smoking inside the room , no illegal activities, respect of the property, respect of the neighbors (no parties, no loud noise after 10 pm)
Other things to note:
A damage deposit of 5000 THB is requested upon check in. Your deposit will be refunded in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving.
We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person.
Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. You can order it more often for a small additional fee.
Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed.
