The room was clean and comfortable, near to the historic center of the city. The sheets were clean and fresh pillows were provided. We had a pleasant stay here! However it's Istanbul.

We had a great stay at Feyza Apart. We were only booked for 3 days and decided we liked it so much and want to explore more so we booked another 5 nights extra at Feyza Apart. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our flight was cancelled and we eventually arrived at around 23:30. We were met with a smile and even assisted to order take aways. When it was time to leave we again had to depart at 23:30. Again we were sent off with smiles and assistance when our airport transfer arrived. Excellent service and very good value for money. Close to most major attractions. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel located in sultan-ahmed area, 6 minutes away from Tram (Metro) and 10 minutes walk to Blue mosque. But there is a bit steep street. Facilities there is useful. There is washer/dryer machine with kitchen. Living room with sofa-bed and flat screen tv.

Хочу сказать большое спасибо персоналу отеля! Бронировала номер для мамы с сыном, в итоге они в Стамбул приехали поздно и не смогли доехать до этого отеля. не повторяйте нашей ошибки, берите всегда распечатку на местном языке, так как у таксистов проблемы с пониманием английского и в туристических местах, коим является центральный автовокзал, они очень торопят. В итоге заехали только на следующий день. Были приятно удивлены, что отель не взял денег за первую ночь, хотя, конечно же, могли это сделать. Просто поступили по-человечьи.) Месторасположение неплохое, все близко, удобно, в номере все необходимое есть. А так как моих родных хорошо встретили, то и все остальное прошло гладко! еще раз спасибо персоналу! в следующий раз тоже сюда.

Recent visit to this delightful and charming apartment in Istanbul was very rewarding. Very comfortable apartment with a separate bedroom, bathroom, and living area, decent wifi connection, an array of international channels, and a washing machine in the kitchen. The latter was especially appreciated after a week of travel in Albania. Warm and helpful hosts. Maybe the range of kitchen utensils could be expanded for those who prefer to prepare their own meals. At least 3 supermarkets close by, as well as a few local restaurants, bakeries, and fruit shops.

I would return if I visited Istanbul. Great location, tranquil at night, and welcoming employees. Do not overlook their tour package. Compared to what's advertised, it's considerably more affordable. Ask the manager. We believed we had a far unit from the heart of the old town, but we were pleasantly pleased with the location! The staff was very helpful in checking us in and bringing our bags to the third level. It had all the amenities one needed, and it was tidy and clean. They provide a ton of soap and shower gel bottles. Indeed, the cleaner actually came to make the room every day, something we didn't expect from an apartment. If you require it in the winter, the unit has a fridge, a washing machine, and a heater. Also, the internet was quick. The old town, the hippodrome, and mosques of the city are all within walking distance. From the apartment, you can see the reviews and many of Milan restaurants. They assisted with the airport transportation, and the driver was very timely. If I were in Istanbul, I'd return here.

My family and I made a reservation for a flat with a private terrace and kitchen on the ground floor. We were aware that there was no lift when we made the reservation. Taking your bags to the ground floor was a little challenging. The apartment is in a residential area, and the main tram line on divan you requires a steep climb through a commercial area to reach it. On the first day, it was a shock. However, we became accustomed to the shorter tram route once we got used to it. Suzan maintained a spotlessly tidy and beautifully kept the location because it is close to both the grand bazaar and Sultan. With any information or transportation reservations, Meet was very accommodating. Friendly, friendly guy to talk to. We could go outside until 11 o'clock because the area was very safe. The amenities were satisfactory, and having a washing machine at the end of our trip to Turkey was a fantastic idea. Without a doubt, I would suggest the place to others. Its good value, spotless accommodation, and a fantastic location make it excellent.

I stayed at the fella flat for 9 days with my wife and two children. The place is great value for money, centrally located, near blue mosque, ayasofia, grandbazar, topcapi and the list goes on. The staff were the most helpful and friendly people you will ever come across. They helped us arrange transportation, taxis, etc. Moharram helped us with logistics and frequently as a guide, and the lovely Suzanne helped us tidy our apartment with a smile on her face. Thank you a lot for making our vacation a true Turkish pleasure.
