Extras:
The price does not include electricity and water consumption which is charched according to the meters. The staff will take the meters together with you upon your arrival and departure and you will need to pay in CASH for the you used.

Check-in:
After 15:00 hours
Guests are required to show a passport upon check-in.
You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.

Check-out:
Until 10:00 AM hours
Cancellation / prepayment:
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to propery type.

Refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 100 in cash is required upon arrival.
This deposit is fully refundable at check out as there has been no damage to the property.

Children and beds:
Children of any age are welcome.
To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.
There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.
The maximum number of cots allowed depends on the villa you choose.
Please check the maximum capacity for the villa you selected.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

Age restriction
The minimum age for check-in is 18

Payment:
30% prepayment for booking by bank transfer and the rest of amount is in cash upon check-in.
Credit cards are not accepted.

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed. Outside only.

Parties:
Parties/events are not allowed

Quiet hours:
Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.
