The property was amazing and so comfortable. The balcony was a good size, so happy they had Netflix. The staff were so welcoming and friendly after a 4 hour drive from birmingham I was desperate to use the restroom, they were more than happy to let me use the facilities before checking in, Leanne was fantastic and so friendly!

This is a good location- 15mins walk to centre of newcastle or the the station. Cheap uber from station. We had an apartment with balcony overlooking the river direction with a good view. Nicely decorated and 2 bathrooms for 4 of us was a treat. You are not on the edge of the river but close by. Well equiped kitchen if you intend to cater. We used deliveroo!

We loved staying here and would have considered another night but work got in the way. The rooms are so very clean, the reception team are fantastic too. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade, fantastic apartment and view. I’d stay here before anywhere else in Newcastle now and we’ve stayed in a number of hotels across the city. It’s near the Quayside about 5 minutes to the bars there walking. Not much around the apartment but worth the small effort to walk. Don’t hesitate to book. Mark

Stayed for a 4 day break in Newcastle-lovely location-close to everything! Apparent was clean and spacious. If you have a larger car be careful when entering and exiting the car park-the gate at the top is a bit tight!!
