The room was decent but clean. Ill admit that the walls need some paint. The good thing was that it was very quiet and i could sleep well. It is on a very calm road and very close to savoring parks. Also, it has good connection with the city center and airport. Buses are nearby. Staff were very kind and helped me find the place where ive printed t he map for my conference. She also gave me directions to find if there is na or gm nearby supermarket. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and quantity. Overall, the experience was pleasant.

Affordable and cheerful accommodation. Definitely outdated in places and needs modernization, but it works for a weekend getaway near fallowfield, platt fields park, the curry mile, and an Uber or bus ride into the city center.

I would suggest staying here. This location, which has a lovely setting, nice grounds, and secluded surroundings, is still operational, in my opinion. My room was ps 45 for one night, including u. S. Breakfast, at an amazing price and well worth every penny. The room had basic amenities, i liked the hot shower, free tea and coffee, as well as cosy beds. Although the room felt tannic, it didnt bother me.

This place is a very surprising find. Its cheap, comfortable, and quiet. The bus ride into manchester is easy and you can walk to the famous curry mile. There is also incredibly good continental breakfast included.

This place is truly exceptional. The staff provides excellent service and offers recommendations for further study. It was an amazing stay. I recently embarked on a fantastic new mission during reshaping time.

We found our place to stay tucked away in ancient theological college and treefilled gardens. I must admit that i was initially uncertain, even though the reviews were very favorable, ive been holding back on reservations, which a long time ago ill have never done. The staff was incredibly helpful, engaging, friendly, and eager to help. It was ideal for the price, with an exceptional value for money. A double and solitary room, however, turned out to be perfect. Cleanliness is at the top of their agenda because the room was immaculate, the bathroom was spacious, had pristine shower, etc. Breakfast was promoted as continental, but it was that and much more. In essence, it falls within the lowbudget category, yet it far exceeded my expectations. To top it off, there is merely juggling monetary costs. Keep up the fantastic work and thank you to everyone for ensuring countless days, especially since the curry mile is right around the corner. X.

I stayed here for one night on the weekend, although from the outside the building doesnt look very good, the stay was actually better than the spa hotel we slept in the previous night. The reception staff were very friendly, and the room was simple but clean, with everything working inside. Great location, we had a car so could go anywhere, but we also learned from mr. Cook the next morning that there was ps 2 bus stop right outside our hotel that can take you into manhattan. Breakfast was great, as was the staff who were so friendly and helpful. Cant fault the hotel and will definitely be back if we are ever in this area again.

The hotel is quiet and offers rooms at very reasonable prices. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with amenities such as wifi, a shower, telephone, and tv. Breakfast options are varied, with the amount of food and drink available to you. There is plenty of parking and access to the nearby Platt Fields park. Additionally, there is!A bar and quad almost cloister, library, etc. I dont have any details about this place.

The staff is very polite and lovely. The bed is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is delicious. Unfortunately, it was a sleepless night for us with all the noise coming from other rooms and people closing the door. Its very old and looks like it will be beautiful when renovated. Loved the court yard.

The breakfast menu was varied and the muffins were delicious. After, the location is close to the city center or by bus. Subsequently, towels are not provided, so bring your own. Hereafter, basic but spotless.

This place is a great choice for lodging, just ten minutes walk from the town center or six pounds on an uber. The rooms and breakfast were excellent. Very friendly staff. It made our stay wonderful. Thank you.

Excellent value for the money, with quick access to the city a little worn bug everything you need for sanitizing your stay, breakfast, and parking are all included in the price. Nothing to criticize about it, i would return if ive been in that area.

Ive stayed here several times while in manchester. The rooms are always clean and the staff are helpful. Great breakfast and easy bus route to town. Its a budget place, i suppose, but ive paid tad more to stay in worse places. They also have pheasant garden.

First and foremost, this is a theological college, and as such, the rooms are small and have very basic amenities. Continental breakfast is included in the price. The staff is very welcoming.

The rooms are in desperate need of renovation and appear to be worn out. Very friendly staff who were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is continental and well served and prepared. This is a budget hotel and should be seen as such.

If you dont want to spend a lot of money on travel in manchester, this is the best option. With them, your trip will be more enjoyable. Their personnel are excellent, and the rooms are immaculate and cozy. The price is unquestionably worth it with the level of service they provide to you.

The hotel offers excellent value for the price paid. My room was spacious, and the staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed having breakfast there, with a variety of options available, both sweet and savory. If i ever find myself in the city again, ill most certainly return!.

A budget hotel that is conveniently located near the city center. The rooms are cozy and equipped with all the essentials. A hearty breakfast is included in the price paid, and it is only a halfhour walk from the town center of the metropolis. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, as well as i have gotten extending my stay by eight nights. I had reserved this place as an emergency substitute for reserving if ive only wanted to stay for one short while, but luckily stayed for eight. Anyone on tidiness and wants to remain close to the area should definitely consider staying here.
