The apartment was great in terms of the location and the condition itself. Our toilet seat was broken but this didn’t hinder usage of the toilet itself and the utilities were well maintained. The property manager was really friendly and provided all the information requested.

The apartment I stayed has a bedroom and a living room with kitchen and laundry equipments. It's spacious and the bed is clean and comfortable. I can cater simple foods there. Really nice I felt like myself at home. Basically it's quiet in this area, but you can hear the voices if tenants are talking loudly near your apartment. The location is nice. only 6 min walk to Gloucester Road tube and there is a supermarket nearby (2 min walk).

Pleasant stay. Nice sized room which was well equipped. Staff were friendly and immediately at hand to help with any queries I had. There are several restaurant options in the area to cater for all diet types. Also near the museums in South Kensington and a short walk away from Hyde Park.

The apartments were easy to find. They are located opposite a large supermarket so it was easy to get all the supplies and also food. It is located in a nice central location with good transport links. The room was clean and well equipped. Check in was quick and easy.

We booked a three-night apartment. Given how close it was to the museum and Glaucester rp tube, it was very good value. The appearance outside was misleading. The stain was removed, and they were clearly making improvements. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. We had difficulty understanding how to operate the tes, but the room itself was clean and well-appointed. The cleaning crew came in every day, and we received fresh towels every day. We will definitely book again.

Good central hotel. The room I stayed in was clean and well presented. Although most of the time the staff were friendly, especially the cleaners. The fire alarm went off in the building I was in, firstly the hotel didn't know it was going off and had to be alerted by other guests, secondly they didn't know which room the alarm went off in. This caused a 20-minute long process where two staff members rush around trying to locate the room with the alarm. I decided to return to my room after leaving the building when the alarm went off. So I was in my room waiting for this drama to end, and my door was simply unlocked without any knocking. I then was talking rudely busy guessing that the guests who informed them of the alarm and then fled were likely to be the source of the alarm. The entrance and hallways are shabby, the carpets need replacing, and there was an ant problem at times, but I loved how close it was to the tube it made my stay.

I discovered this gem over 10 years ago and have been going back there every year since and have never been disappointed. A great location in Kensington, close to Earl's Court or Gloucester Road Tube. The management is always cheerful and helpful and the studio rooms have complete amenities, including a laundry machine. As a last bonus, Sainsbury's is right across Cromwell Road.

Stayed just the one night, and the place was fine. When arrived there was no one to check in with but one phone call and they were there in less than a minute. The room itself was clean, but just a few things that could make all the difference. The water pressure for the loo is very weak, there's no holder in the shower, there was no hangers at all in the cupboard.
