This apartment is surprisingly comfortable and attractive and situated in a desirable area. It was neat and clean, I could have been the first person to use the oven. Staff was really helpful and always available. Little things like clean clothes, that are also of good quality, and the washing liquid were also much appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at Shock Bristol. It was strategically located, with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel. We are also a big shopping centre. The apartment was lovely and the staff was helpful even though we were very late to check in. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

It's another great stay at Splendor Broad Quay Bristol. The location is ideal for working in the city centre. Bianca and Jamie were very friendly and so helpful.

This hotel is in a great central position. There is free underground parking available. The apartment was immaculate and everything worked very well. We will definitely stay here again.
