General House Rules • Pet Friendly: Well-behaved pets are welcome, but please adhere to the specific pet rules below. • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the house. Kindly use outdoor areas if you wish to smoke, and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly. • Trip Bed: At the end of your stay, please strip the bed you have used and place the bed linen in the bathroom. • Washing Up: Please wash all pots, pans, and dishes before you check out. Pet Rules • No pets are allowed on the sofas or beds. Please ensure your pet stays on the floor or in their designated bedding area. • Do not leave pets unattended in the house for extended periods. • Clean up after your pet, both indoors and in the outdoor areas. Additional Guidance • Respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 22:00. • Report any accidental damage as soon as possible so we can address it promptly. • Leave the property tidy and in the condition you found it.
