What more can we say? From the minute we walked into the hotel, the receptionist was lovely, helpful, and explained everything to us. She even took us to our room and showed us where everything was. We had requested extra pillows and fans, and they were already there waiting for us. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. We decided to dine in the restaurant and were shown straight to our table. We explained that my wife is dairy-free, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable and stress-free. The food was excellent, and once again, all the staff were friendly and attentive. We had a very good night’s sleep and then went down for breakfast. Every member of staff greeted us with a cheerful “good morning” and were incredibly helpful. The lady who had served us in the restaurant the previous evening told us about the hotel’s newly refurbished rooms. After we had finished our meal, she kindly took us to see them. They are fantastic, and we are already looking forward to staying in one on our next visit. What more can I say? You will not go wrong with this hotel. Thank you to all the staff and management for making our stay so enjoyable.

Ist time to what Lowestoft needed a great affordable hotel, expect perfection and you will be not be disappointed Exceptionaly nice appearance on arrival, very nice welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Bar lovely, plenty of info on restaurant menu. Tight menu, but in apperance and taste exceptional flavours, all home made and local, impressive clean decor through out hotel Room/ chalet annexe was 10/10 with all the essentials and more ,so comfy, with cosy bed. Despite building work still in progress you can see the finished product will be outstanding, with every atttention to detail to make a great stay Only negative when its bedtime and you need your sleep, the noise from the gravel is annoying. Always avoided a staying in lowestoft, as majority of hotels are in desperate need of life support, as the hotels are tired and need major investment. The Coach House could be the inspiration the other hotels nearby need in the revival Lowestoft needs. Thank you all at the Coach House, will return asap.

Just back from a truly wonderful stay at the Coach House Hotel. This place is amazing with wonderful staff, great food and accommodation that is clean and comfortable. Our room was in the Courtyard and there was nothing to fault. In fact, we have no negative comments to make at all. We had breakfast and an evening meal every day and once again, each was great value with a good variety of food to suit everyone's taste. We really can't praise the Manager and his staff enough. What a fabulous team. Well done everyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Loved the coach house....lovely clean and beautifully decorated bedroom as the whole of the coach house was ,fantastic breakfast and very tasty evening meal with so much choice at a very reasonable price...very friendly and accommodating staff, me and my wife will be definitely booking again

We had a wonderful last minute stay and couldn’t fault the experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in, our room was clean and spacious which was ideal ans we were a family of three with our dog. The hotel was beautifully decorated inside, outside had some benches and a garden area to enjoy- the only reason for taking a star away was because they were having work done so some areas not unkept to usual standard but it didn’t bother us. We had a delicious evening roast and freshly cooked breakfast. Would recommend a stay at this quiet spot close to lots of attractions and scenic walks for all.

This place is possibly the best we have stayed in. The customer service was second to none, every single member of staff, and there seemed to be quite a few, was extremely obliging and friendly. The court yard room was immaculate and had everything you needed. The Breakfast was the best we have had. We ate in the restaurant three nights and the food was great as was the choice on the menu. Bar had plenty of choices of drinks. Good area to explore with plenty of places nearby. We would recommend this place and will definitely be returning, whoever recruits the staff knows what they are doing and there were all an asset to the business. Thanks again for a great stay.

We had an excellent 4 night stay at the Coach House. Our Courtyard room was spacious with a large walk in shower. Staff were all very friendly. Room cleaned daily, with bottles of water provided daily too. The hotel was decorated to a high standard. We ate 3 nights at the hotel and enjoyed the varied menu and specials and the quality of the food and drinks at dinner and breakfast. We all said it was the best hotel we had stayed in for comfort, food, friendliness of staff and value for money. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again if we are in the area.

We had a nice warm welcome when we arrived. The public areas are lovely and imviting. We were shown to our room which was on the ground floor. The room was perfect with an excellent comfy bed. The bathroom was also very well presented.
