Check-in / Check-out: • Check-in time: 4 pm Check-out time: 10am • Please leave the property in a tidy condition on departure. 2. Pets: • One [or specify number] small dog(s) are welcome at the property. Please ensure they are kept under control at all times. • Dogs must not be left unattended in the property at any time. • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. • Please ensure dogs are kept off furniture and bedding. • We ask that dogs are not allowed to roam freely in the garden or outdoor areas unless supervised. 3. Children: • This property is not suitable for babies due to the property above. • To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, please keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly after 10 pm. • Be mindful of your dog(s), ensuring they do not disturb the neighbors. 5. Smoking: • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. You may smoke in the outdoor areas and must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 6. Cleanliness: • Please ensure that the property is kept clean and tidy during your stay. • We kindly request that you use the bins provided for waste disposal and separate recycling items as per local guidelines. 7. Furniture & Decorations: • Please respect the furniture and decor inside the property. Any damage must be reported immediately, and guests may be charged for repairs or replacements if necessary. • Dogs should not be allowed on beds or upholstered furniture. 8.
