I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Such a great experience stopping here looking out into the store after it had closed over night from our balcony in the room. Definitely an experience I would recommend to anyone. We also ate at the Lookout, the food and service here was as you would expect nothing but faultless. Really wish we had longer than 1 night is the only bad thing!

This is a fun place. Rverything is well planned to ensure hassle free enjoyment. The rooms are spacious and the pyramid is truly amazing, The resort included van service to sights in Memphis, no charge. Plenty to see and do. It’s a great time.

A good stay overall. The elevator system was having issues while we were there. One of the two were in operation. The room was nice and clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly. Breakfast is good at Whalburgers. The property is definitely a unique and fun experience.

There was a bear in the hallway outside of our room. Little kids would stop and scream and make lots of noise. Just something to keep in mind if you get a room near this. Otherwise, everything else was nice. My guys thoroughly enjoyed walking around and exploring.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cypress Lodge! It was such a unique and memorable experience for our family and so much more than just a hotel stay. The kids loved the interactive scavenger hunt that encouraged them to explore, learn about the history of the Pyramid, and engage with the property in such a fun way. When the kids complete the bingo scavenger hunt they get a prize at the end! The museums and exhibits throughout made the entire stay feel like an adventure. We enjoyed stopping by the bar for a drink before spending time playing board games with our littles, which ended up being one of our favorite memories from the trip. The complimentary snacks in our room were a thoughtful touch, and we appreciated the complimentary wristbands to ride the elevator. Make sure to stop and enjoy the views! The rooms themselves are an experience all on their own, and the bathrooms felt incredibly luxurious. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We could rave about our stay all day and are genuinely sad we only stayed one night. Cypress Lodge will absolutely be our go-to hotel whenever we’re traveling south. We haven’t stopped talking about the experience since we left!

Awesome place to stay. Only downside was we arrived to late and a lot of the stuff closes at 9 which we get because the store closes then. All in all totally recommend but be sure and get the room that looks over the store
