Apartamento bem localizado, limpo, com estacionamento, algumas luzes não estavam funcionando, e nos quartos possuem apenas abajour. E bem é equipado com itens de cozinha e lava roupa. Tem uma construção bem próxima da varanda. Alugamos para 5 pessoas e tive que procurar lençol para o sofá-cama, que não se encontrava limpo, com cheiro de suor. Usei o único sabão para lavar e secar de noite e poder utilizar. Comunicação com o proprietário é só bilateral informando do check in e check out, não obtendo resposta para as solicitações, como no caso de suporte do lençol

The apartment was clean, the process was seamless. Location was okay and the parking was great. However, the apartment needs some upgrades and the area is an active construction zone.

Upon arrival we could not get into the room. The elevators were not working. It was over an hour before we got into the room. There was gum on the main bedroom floor. Shower curtain in main bath was dirty. The outside of the refrigerator was dirty. We never got Wi-Fi hooked up until after midnight. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.

This property was a complete disappointment and should not be marketed the way it currently is. The photos and description are highly misleading. What is presented online is not what you find when you arrive. The surrounding environment is dominated by construction activity, noise, and an overall atmosphere that is completely different from the attractive images used to promote the property. I genuinely felt deceived upon arrival. The biggest issue, however, was safety. Within less than 20 minutes of entering the unit, I discovered that the balcony door would not lock properly. This is not a minor maintenance issue; it is a serious security concern. As a result, I did not feel safe staying in the property and had no choice but to leave immediately and book another hotel at my own expense. I paid more than $1,100 for a stay that I could not use. I provided evidence of the problem, including video footage, and repeatedly contacted both the property and Hotels.com. Despite multiple promises that management would contact me, nobody ever called back. Days later, I was still chasing updates and receiving the same generic responses without any meaningful action. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. Between the misleading marketing, the unsafe condition of the unit, and the absence of customer service, this experience fell far below any reasonable standard.
