It's a decent value for the money. Ive stayed at these condos twice, once before during the ski season and recently during summer. On the second visit in summer, the unit was in much better shape, better upgrades and overall better condition. Bottom line, the units are very small and it's best to stay here if you have many activities planned elsewhere in steamboat. Our unit this time was very clean, the building was quiet and the owner was helpful and quick to respond to our needs.

We love the amazing location of these condos. However, they should get a new shuttle service. When the evening shuttles are handled by Retreat, you must make a reservation for it to be picked up. Weve done it twice, but they never bother to pick us up, and I have confirmation confirming the reservation and time. Also, there is no way to contact them if they don't show up. The last time we rode the public nuts to the gondola and walked home in the dark and felt on the ice.

We will definitely come back. The place is very well furnished. The pool area has 2 hot tubs and a fire pit area. The grounds are very well maintained. We had a bath with utensils open to everyone. Every morning I enjoyed the view from the balcony with my coffee.

I stayed in 2203 for 5 nights. Comfortable condo, well-stocked kitchen, clean room. Help was quickly given when we had trouble with the fireplace. A free city bus nearby and fast. Easy to use evening shuttle. Recreation center was very inviting ping pong, fireplace, treadmill, elliptical, games tables, changing room. Great experience
