Was wonderful. Highly recommend as a great alternative to traditional hotels

Muy bien ubicado, el acceso y la conexión al wifi son complicados, pero una vez te acostumbras es sencillo

It's one of the best air bnbs I ever stayed in and the host is perfect responds to everything conveniently and made sure my family and I had everything we needed for our stay

Excellent experience - facility was 10 minute walk from conference center. KLVG sends very clear instructions how to check-in and check-out. Apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities - coffee maker with coffee pods, iron, ironing board, pots/pans/dishes, even a Brita water pitcher. Facility has a nice swimming pool. Most of the residents seem to be twenty-sonethings so a very youthful vibe. Would definitely stay here again!

Im not from phoenix so i was unaware that this location was on a bar block, and across the street from the college ASU. It was very noisy. During the day it was noisy with construction and the night was lit even on a Monday. The unit itself was really nice. I appreciated the dairy free creamer with the coffee. The in unit washer and dryer for use was a blessing! I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! More spacious and quiet than a hotel. Easy walking distance to everything, arenas, convention center and plenty of restaurants. Easy drive to hiking or Suburbs! One pool was closed but easy walk to the second pool and bigger hot tub. I gave 4 stars because of the broken pool, comfort of the beds and little things like a couple holes in the couch and you had to take the lid off one of the toilets to flush it! We would definitely stay again with our family if 4!

The pool was nice. Three cardio machines are available. Two outside gas grills as well. Remote check in process was cumbersome and notification of process could have been provided earlier and clearer (i.e. a short demo video would have been helpful).

The apartment was simple and kind of clean. There were oil stains on the cup board. At least the bathroom was clean. The washer and dryer was a bonus.

The positives are that the price was good for the location, and the apartment is spacious and fully appointed. The negative is that the procedure for registering, checking in, etc. is exceedingly complicated, including sending photos of your ID in advance, watching videos to learn how to use the lockboxes, etc. I probably have 40 emails from the company. So it's a pretty high effort, for a reasonably good deal.

The quality of the room was great but the photo's describing how to get into the building was seriously bad and outdated

It was a great stay. The complex itself could use a little update, especially with the elevators. However, if you're looking for a good space downtown with the clean room, I would highly recommend.

Loved the unit (could use a bath mats). Checking in and out was great. Loved easy access to the convention center especially since we parked our car in the locked garage and walked everywhere. Great access to many places to eat as well. Very secure building with great amenities. Once we figured out which doors worked we didn't have any issues. We even enjoyed the hot tub! My only complaint was how uncomfortable the couch was, but it looks nice & bathrooms could use a bath mat for the cement floors. Also, we were not prepared for how noisy the street around the building can be at night, especially on the weekend....nothing some earplugs didn't fix.

We arrived at condo and the instructions for getting the room key were very good. The instructions for getters to the room were very poor. There were 2 buildings and had no idea which building I was in. Lucky we arrived due the day, otherwise we would not have known that the apartment was in the other building. The apartment wasn’t clean and there were still ladies there that could clean it, as we had to go out. The sofa bed is not a queen size. If it had been 2 adults sleeping on it, they would not have fit. Luckily it was my young daughter and I. Although it was uncomfortable. Need extra cups and glasses. All other dishes were good. Good to have laundry and supplies to wash on site. We did not use the pool. Would be nice to have pool towels handy as well. Otherwise it was ok.

It was grunge…. Very sparse ammenities. I don’t think couch should be considered bed as very uncomfortable. Elevator and hallway dirty. When booking it did not say that large vehicles would not fit in parking structure. Was told all entrances would need key fob for entry- was only required for actual apartment door. The gate to parking garage was broken. Most hotels have 11 o’clock check out- this was 10am or late fee. Light in kitchen/entry way did not work.

There was a horrible smaell coming from the water heater in one of the bedrooms. There was no resolve or even an offer to change the room. The hallway smelt of pure trash, the elevator was dirty, the pots provided need to be replaced as well as the utensils (can opener, kitchen shears).

Let me start off by saying, the location was great. Within walking distance to all the places we needed/wanted to go. That’s where it ends. Arrived late(12:30am as our flight was delayed), walked into an apartment that smelled of rotten milk/food. Since it was late and we were tired we figured just open some windows and deal with the smell in the morning. Except, upon walking into the bedrooms realized the carpets had not been vacuumed and there were no towels in the bathrooms(found them still in the wash machine so we had to wash them ourselves). Went back into the kitchen to put some items on the counter only to find there was food stuck on the counters, food still in the sink and garbage left in the garbage can. Tried to call the after hours #, they responded via text as to how they could help. As soon as I informed them the unit was never cleaned they did not respond again. Unable to sleep, our party of 3 went to a convenience store that was open until 2am and had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the apartment ourselves. Next day called again and left a message regarding the terrible smell and un-vacuumed carpets and what can be done. When I received no response again, I emailed, wrote a review on their site and called again. Finally, I got a call back saying they would send someone out. No one ever showed up. We travel a lot. Have stayed at about 15 different places in just this past year. This one I will not return to.

Where to begin… The most convoluted arrival process ever. I was initially told a white key card would be in a lock box, but wasn’t provided a lock box number nor code. Subsequently was provided the details. Once you’re parked, good luck finding your unit. This is not a hotel; you’re essentially in a dorm house. When residents want to get rid of their garbage, they just place it in the hallway, so the entire damn building reeks. When we checked in, a fire alarm was beeping its low battery warning. We sent a message to Rove and were told that their office is closed between certain hours and directed us to their AI bot. Ha! Our key for common areas, including the pool and gym did not work. There were no sheets for the pull out bed. We notified the staff and were told that they would check into it. Never heard a word back. Unit is simply aged, this may be on us given the price. Simply just a mislabeled and poorly run complex. We ended up leaving early. We’re currently working with our credit card company to get a full refund. Stay the f away.

DO NOT RENT THIS! This is falsely adverted with what they are offering. This place was nasty! We arrived after 1am and walked into a horrible cigarette smell covered by perfume. The towels were dirty, rotting baseboards, extremely uncomfortable beds, the hallway and “common area” were even worse. Filthy, unsafe, furniture flipped and scattered everywhere and the best part is nobody will make them do any type of refund. We woke up in the morning and got out of here as fast as possible leaving us stranded for the next 3 nights that we had planned. Super disappointed that someone can get away with it.
