We loved nearly everything about the stay. It was peaceful and quiet. There were other guests and yet we still felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The pool was very clean and only ever had a couple of people in it. There was plenty of seating on the property where we could hang out with others (my mother and aunt stayed in one of the units as well). The beach was never very crowded and access to it was a breeze. The only complaint is that the one cottage we stayed in (which I think was the best one, as it was on the very outside so we didn't have people walking through our space), had no comfortable seating within the cottage. The bed was nice, but the rest of the seating was a wicker bench (closest thing to a sofa there was), and a wicker arm chair - both of which were pieces of outdoor furniture. Then there was the table and chairs but they were hard wood and not comfy to sit at for long. I think the space would benefit from a comfortable loveseat at least. If the weather isn't cooperative and you're wanting to hang out indoors, you want something comfortable to sit and relax on. Other than that it was wonderful and we left wondering if we should move to Daytona permanently and build us a little cottage just like it!

Our only complaint is that our stay wasn’t long enough! Everything else was great! The place was super clean. Communication was great, they reached out to see if we would be there to check in before they left for the evening. We enjoyed everything about our stay!

Historische Anlage mit schönem Poolbereich direkt am Wasser. Reichlich Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Einrichtung des Appartements ist einfach und älter aber sehr gut gepflegt. Alle aussenbereiche sehr sauber. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Room was clean and big enough. There was kitchen and full amenity, so you can cook. Filter coffee machine is very useful for your stay. You are only one step away from beach and ocean. Pool was big enough and clean. I recommend anybody who want no surprise during their holiday.

The property was very unique to the area we had an individual unit completely to itself had everything you needed for a nice getaway very quiet and peaceful. Everything was very clean no worries at all, would highly recommend for anyone in the future look forward to returning for another stay.

The place is cute and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were spanking clean and freshly painted. I love that it had full appliances, sink, fridge and microwave, even plates, glasses and dish soap!Two TVs for a one bedroom unit which is nice. The only thing I would add is an extractor fan in the bathroom and a hanging armuoir (sp) since there is no closet. I would definitely come back!
