This hotel has a fantastic location with a good beach access and excellent pools. The environment was immaculate. There aren't many items to get cleaning such as toilet paper or paper towels.

The mail room system is one of my primary complaints. I don't think it's smart for package drops to be left randomly on the mailboxes in the room. Anybody can take whatever they want. My spouse worked for both the civil and the military postal service for 25 years, and he was like, wow. I hope people do for others what they want to do for them. There was no established system. Should have parcel lockers, someone at the office sign for packages or drop them at my door. It is definitely something the place should look into having a better system. Also, you cannot access your mail from camp, which is quite inconvenient. The pool shuts at dusk, really. Sometimes quiet mature adults like a night swim. Tennis courts closing at a specific time is also a bummer. Oceanfront 247, really. I cannot believe there is no one out there at night! I frequently go for walks at night and rarely see anyone. Beautifully landscaped. Good parking. trash disposals that are clean. Recycling. I'll share rusted door knobs. The doors with visible cracks need to be sealed. There were roughly 5 bath towels, I believe. Most were hanging on towel racks in the bathrooms, and the linen closet had about one. The towels were scratched like cheap motel towels. No rugs not even in the bathrooms at

We had a wonderful stay from the first time we met the office staff until we left with the ease of checkout. One of the finest suites weve had the pleasure of staying in was the suite. We were delighted with everything from the big double shower, tiled bathroom, and lovely, sturdy furniture. I have more kitchen appliances than I have at home. In a clean and wellkept kitchen, they have everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. The people who come here are so friendly! I learn to play pickleball and am pleased to take that knowledge home to teach my family and friends! Thank you Summerhouse! We plan to return.
