Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the property. Please note: Renters must be financially responsible adults having been employed for two years or more full-time and have an established solid credit history. Linens are not provided unless you made arrangements to rent linens. We can accept add-on linens orders ten days or more before your check in date. Please note for allergies: pets are not permitted in the property however owner occasionally has pets in the unit. Boat docks are available for a fee with on-site registration only on a first come, first serve basis after you check-in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
