What I like about the place is how it was set up, the home itself in general. I only feel like if you give instructions to clean as you go, and I understand there is no way for anyone to check or anything. But I was there for 2 weeks and I saw the same dishes in the sink, dirty glasses with soda, wine, even milk, all sitting on the counter for 2 weeks. I was there, multiple guests came and went, which was also happening before I got there. The cleaning people only come and clean the rooms that were used. The floors and walls were dirty and dusty. Toilet got clugged second day i was there (not by me) reached out to ask about a plunger never got a response.

My issue is the "No pet" Policy is misleading. I am allergic to dogs, and have real bad allergies, but There were upstairs rooms with 2 big unruly dogs, and and downstairs room with 1 little dog, and when I asked the owner about it. He stated Florida law is they can't refuse "Service Dogs". Neither Dogs were service dogs because the downstairs dog was too little and the upstairs dogs were too hyper and running towards people. Un service Dog behavior. The owner stated there is no way to prove and he has to believe what the customers tell him. My suggestion is to ask for the necessary papers going forward. The owner did tell me to request a refund, in which Expedia denied, again disregarding my allergies and stating Florida law of service dogs. Please take NO pets out of your ad because its misleading. The neighborhood and check in process is excellent, so that's a plus.
