Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, A/C safety box and large glass doors to ensure bright and airy rooms. You will have the privacy and comfort you need during your stay, yet also spacious common areas. It’s the perfect mix for your group holiday.
The enclosed living/kitchen area on the first floor offers all you need including a stunning view over the pool area and lush nature. You can enjoy preparing food and drinks in the fully equipped kitchen or ask our staff to assist you. Please contact our manager for any questions.
The dining and sofa area offers space for everyone to ensure good times and comfort! The thoughtful designed room is the perfect place to spend time together and enjoy your holiday.
Just outside on the first floor you will find the heart of this property: a spacious outdoor lounge area to relax during the day or mingle at night with some drinks. You can find the perfect view over nature and the pool area, a peaceful corner for every time of the day. For the extra bit of fun and refreshment: jump in the amazing infinity pool! A large pool with an amazing view, surrounded by sun loungers and nature. What else could you wish for!
Our staff is coming daily to clean the villa. Please talk to our manager in order to request special times if needed. He can also help arrange breakfast made by the staff or a private chef which can prepare lunch/dinner in the villa for you. Please let him know about any wishes at least one day in advance. He will also help you with any requests regarding car/scooter rental, day trips, taxi rides, restaurant visits etc. Please don’t hesitate to contact him!

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
As this villa is a brand new villa and located on a remote location with jungle view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, a bit tricky. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.

This beautiful 5 bedroom property has 4 of its bedrooms on the highest (1st) floor, of which 2 are connected to each other via a door, perfect for small families or kids! A bathtub also is present in the 2nd bedroom.
Step down to the 2nd floor and you are greeted to the left with a fully capable and spacious living room, easily able to seat over 10 people with ease! The fully equipped kitchen is also just by the large circular dining table, with amenities such as a wine cooler, oven and stove, rice cooker, two door fridge and a microwave.There is also a beautiful outdoor sunken seating area located just outside the living room.
The fitness center is just an arm’s reach from the living room! Enjoy your workouts with a view, it is fully equipped to handle over 10 people working out with ample space for extended movements and activities! The indoor dining table offers enough space for all your guests and is ready to host you for a social dinner. Breakfast can also be prepared by our staff, please talk to the villa host on site for the choice of food and a quotation. A private chef for lunch and dinner preparation can also be arranged. A large and comfy lounge area is located just next to the kitchen and offers amazing views over the pool area and the lush nature around the villa. Close the floor-to-ceiling glass doors or leave them open to enjoy nature's sounds and breeze.
Located just outside by the pool, you will find another dining area. Choose every day between indoor or outdoor dining or to just come together with everyone to enjoy some time.
The spacious pool is on the edge to nature for a refreshing dip with breathtaking views around. As this villa is new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, and there are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road.

There is a TV with video games in the kids room. All rooms have a wonderful view so you can wake up with a smile in the morning and start your day right. 3 have direct access to the swimming pool. One has a private balcony with comfortable armchairs. One has an external garden shower on top of its standard bathroom.
The external spaces and the lounge, as well as the biggest and nicest room on the ground floor are totally wheelchair accessible (according to western norms), including its bathroom. The villa can therefore welcome disabled guests (please advise us when booking so that our staff can put in place some specific equipment in the bathroom).
The spacious open living room offers a fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining area by the pool and a large lounge area to relax and come together. Sun loungers around the pool and a sunken seating area are offering some space to relax in the sun, read, tan or come together for some sunset drinks.
In between you can enjoy a swim in the large infinity pool with a stunning view on nature! For sure one of the most beautiful swimming pools you can find in the area. A part of the pool is designed for kids.
Here, you can enjoy your days exactly the way you want: relax in the privacy of your beautiful room, enjoy a home cooked meal in the dining area, come together with friends and family in one of the two lounge areas or have a tanning session in the sun and refreshing dip in the spacious infinity pool. Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope.
