This modern three-bedroom villa is tucked in a quiet corner of Canggu, Bali. Designed with clean lines, natural light, and thoughtful simplicity, it’s ideal for small families, couples, or a group of friends seeking a peaceful stay close to both Canggu and Pererenan. The layout includes one separate bedroom and two upstairs in the main building.
The detached bedroom offers extra privacy and features a clear glass desk by the window—a calm, functional space to work with views of surrounding greenery. The two upstairs bedrooms are bright and modern, each fitted with a comfortable bed, soft linens, and large windows to let in the breeze and sunlight.
The open-plan living area brings everything together, with a compact kitchen, dining table, and sofa in one seamless space. Floor-to-ceiling windows connect the indoors to the outside, and a built-in projector adds a cozy touch for movie nights.
Outdoors, a private pool is surrounded by timber decking, lounge chairs, and tropical plants. It’s a relaxed and easygoing space to swim, read, or enjoy a meal under the sun. Minimal yet warm, this villa is a stylish, private base just minutes from Bali’s best cafes, beaches, and boutiques.
Our manager will assist you with any questions or requests that may come up during your stay. He can also assist with the following: scooter/car rental, transportation, massage, and local knowledge and tours. Please do not hesitate to contact him during your stay.
The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others. The car parking is not available at the villa. The parking space is fit to scooter only
Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life!
VILLA WITH RICE FIELD VIEW
As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear noises which come from insects and animals who inhabit the rice field and surroundings (frogs, chickens etc.). This is the charm of living close to nature in Bali.
Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification/intervention out of their scope.
Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host's scope. No generator is available on site.
We are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our guest during your stay, the villa is thoroughly cleaned following the AirBnb cleaning procedure.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability.
- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.
- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Housekeeping is scheduled 3 times per week. The pool is serviced twice a week, and the garden is maintained 1–2 times per week. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your villa host D-1 should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.
- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear noises which come from insects and animals who inhabit the rice field and surroundings (frogs, chickens etc.). This is the charm of living close to nature in Bali.
Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification/intervention out of their scope.
Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host's scope. No generator is available on site.

-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability.
- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. - A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.
