Mulia Villas offers a luxury retreat with a private pool along the coastline of Nusa Dua Beach, Bali. The 5-star villa is attached to The Mulia and Mulia Resort, featuring 6 outdoor pools, a fitness centre, 4 restaurants and 3 bars. Free WiFi is accessible throughout the property. 

Each villa is adorned with marble floors and cream-coloured interiors. A living area with a flat-screen TV and sunbeds by the private pool are also featured in these units. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules:
1. Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Late check-in after 8 PM: IDR 200,000 fee applies. 

2. A safety deposit box is provided in the room. We are not responsible for valuables left unattended. For additional secure storage, please contact us.

3. Use of the swimming pool and all facilities is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any accident, injury, loss of life, or property damage within the premises.

4. Drone use requires prior approval due to guest privacy.

5. Pets and durian are strictly prohibited on the property.

6. Quiet hours are from 22:00 – 07:00. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in outdoor areas.

7. Outside vendors require prior approval. Approved vendors may be subject to a venue fee starting from IDR 500,000. Unauthorized vendors may result in a minimum fine of IDR 1,000,000. If there is any service you require that we do not currently provide, please feel free to let us know your preferences and we will be happy to assist where possible.

8. No parties or events inside the villa. Unauthorized events may incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 and may lead to eviction without refund if complaints arise. 

9. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Violations will incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 per affected area.

10. Commercial photography requires prior approval and must respect the privacy of other guests.

11. Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, fire incidents, or loss of property during the stay. All charges must be settled before check-out.

12. Cooking is allowed in the kitchen area only. Open flames (including BBQ, candles, incense, and fireworks) are strictly prohibited.

13. As Bali is a tropical island, occasional geckos, ants, insects, or other small wildlife may appear despite regular pest control.

14. Ample parking space is available for up to 4 small cars / 1 large car / multiple motorbikes. Advanced reservation for parking is needed.

There is a separate TV room and adjoining ground floor bedroom (bedroom 5) that is accessed off the lounge and dining area to create an oasis for kids to enjoy their own space, or adults to relax and unwind.

The first floor of Villa Luja is home to four spacious bedrooms featuring king size beds in 3 rooms, bunk beds (2 rooms). Bedroom 1 and 4 include a smart TV, and all 4 bedrooms on the first floor include an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 on the ground floor has access to a bathroom and outdoor shower. Bedroom 2 includes a separate games room with TV, PS5, dart board, board games and other activities.

Second Floor - 

The second floor of Villa Luja is dedicated to wellness and relaxation. The air-conditioned massage room and gym are equipped with top-of-the-line fitness equipment ensuring a rejuvenating workout experience.
