There’s definite room for improvement here. Our room wasn’t cleaned to a good standard the bathroom had stains, and the bedding felt old (we unfortunately encountered bed bugs). The TV wasn’t working, and the door system was unreliable, often requiring extra effort to get in. Food was on the pricey side for what was offered, and while the room includes a stove, it would help to have basic utensils and drinking water provided given the rates charged. The location and staff had potential, but the property really needs attention to cleaning, maintenance, and guest amenities to match the price point. Hoping to see improvements on a future visit.
