Diese 3 Tage werden wir unser Leben lang nicht vergessen. Es war einfach unglaublich. Die Lage der Lodge direkt am Sambesi ist mehr als beeindruckend. Das Management und jeder Angestellte machen ihre Arbeit mit solch einer Freude und Begeisterung, dass man es kaum glauben mag wenn man aus Europa kommt. Die fantastische Stimmung ist einfach ansteckend. Wir haben mit allen anderen Gästen gesprochen und wirklich jeder war fasziniert von dieser Lodge. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Oh my goodness what a pleasure it was to stay here at Victoria Falls River Lodge. Even the smallest of details was taken care of and the food was magnificent. I would highly recommend (and have done so already) this beautiful lodge to anyone looking for a luxury escape along the beautiful Zambezi River. The staff were so accommodating and there to assist whenever required. I only spent two nights here and really didn't want to leave. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable and I look forward to staying here again in the near future :)

This hotel was great from arrival to departure and would definitely recommend. You arrive by boat to an warm welcome from staff including the manager on duty. The rooms are well appointed with a private pool for each room, comfortable beds and the most amazing view of the Zambezi river. The lodge is not fenced so the chance of being greeted by monkeys or warthogs with your morning coffee if highly likely. The staff are so helpful and lovely making your stay all that much more enjoyable. The food is great quality and in abundance. Game drives or river cruises are offered twice a day and we saw a variety of game each time we went out. This lodge was a great experience for our first time to Zimbabwe and we would definitely recommend.

From the arrival and greeting in the outdoor reception to our tented room by the river, it was a “wow” experience. With more food than a normal human can consume, non stop gin and tonic, excellent game drives and the experience of elephants playing in the river just by our deck, this was a lovely 3 nights

Victoria Falls River Lodge is the ideal destination for getting enamored in the zamboni national park. Even though it is far enough to walk to town for the iconic Victoria Falls and a lot of other adventure activities, it is still close enough for us to visit the famous Victoria Falls. We had elephants in our room every morning and hippo munching at dawn. After that, their spa is divine and one of my favorite experiences in a genuinely tranquil setting. The team at very has no limits, and their river cruise boats are by far the best boats on the river! Besides that, make sure you are up for a sunrise over the Zamboni while drinking a marla coffee! The most wonderful experience that must be experienced while visiting Victoria Falls is because you have created this.

I would strongly recommend Victoria River Falls Lodge. We reserved a luxurious tent, but somehow was upgraded to a tree house. Despite this being fantastic, I always intended to remain in a luxury treehouse, so I must try one other time! My only criticism is that the treehouse felt small compared to the images of the luxury tent we booked. Outstanding staff. I had no idea that treehouses had a personal butler. Ours was mathis, he appears in the lodge videos. He handled everything wonderfully and set aside our space, giving me the impression that I had been on the island for a long time because he handled everything so naturally and provided us with our space. Mathis took us to our room and looked after the elephants that were eating while we were on our way to our treehouse. How he got them to leave is very impressive! Around four months before our trip, the manager was appointed. He was incredibly accommodating and pleasant. He also told me about the use of dna. Excellent meals. Excellent South African wine and a wide selection. We adored the view of the Zamboni river and our own private devils pool in the room. I wanted to go, but we chose the pool overlooking the river. Super comfy beds and excellent functioning air conditioning. The bathroom is very roomy. The doors in the room are completely open to the deck overlooking

We will definitely be back! Visiting the Victoria Falls River Lodge was a fantastic experience. Every detail of our stay felt perfectly planned, from the kind welcome from the staff at the dock with champagne glasses in hand to the most breathtaking boat safari.

We had a wonderful time at this place. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Everything about it was incredibly wonderful, including the room tent, food, service, staff, game drives, river tours, and early evening gin tonics overlooking the Zamoran River.

Stunning lodge with opulent service. My mother and brother stayed in the family room. The food and the accommodation were all delicious. The service was also excellent. Highly educated guides, in our case, Chris, who made our stay very special. Would never hesitate to give that recommendation to others.
