The atmosphere here was so peaceful and pleasant. The water view from the restaurant was so beautiful, but still the condition was so cold. The restaurant was so small. The staff was so nice and helpful. The bathroom was so cold. The noise and footsteps came very loud, as they were not very loud as they have wood floors and furniture. We were so close to the lake. No curtains in windows. The temperature was so hot. The pool view here is so beautiful. The condition of the room is so lovely. The room also had a great view from a corner wall, and that room is so quiet. But the room is so quiet and peaceful. Even though we are not really in the middle of nowhere, the room was very peaceful and nice, I can also see the trees from my room with a corner window that was floor to ceiling. And my sleep didn't make me feel really comfortable with earplugs. The shower was so hot because they don't have any screens. But it's possible that this is common in this area, and I think the thermostat is working, and I slept on 2 very hot days. There is a steep climb to get from the lobby to the room, but they have a van to transport guests up the hill. However, if you are walking as far as I know, you have to go up the first hill from the street to the lobby on your own.

This place is our third time to visit this place for skiing. This place is good because they have a very friendly staff, especially austin, the manager, and ricardo the waiter. The internet connection is much better now than before.

We had an excellent night in this hotel. Our room was wonderful with stunning furnishings and design. In our room, we sat in the hot tub jacuzzi the following evening. One of the finest weve ever had. We feared to leave because it was so relaxing! The room had a lovely, comfortable big bed, a nice office area, good storage, and a lovely shower. Like most other hotels, the glass wall isnt long enough, causing water to splash onto the floor. Do the makers test their products? A buffet breakfast was provided in the large dining room with eggs, hams, breads, fruits, juices, cereals, and the like. The watermelon was delicious! My husband ordered a cappuccino, which came out in a tall glass, and the coffee was beautifully layered with a nitro beer effect. He had to pay for the coffee, which was an inconvenience. Lucky we had cash. Very mixed decor like chairs hanging on the walls. The view of the mountains and water from the dining area was breathtaking. My only other complaint was that the restaurant staff was not very welcoming for a hotel dining space on this level. When returning to the buffet, I had to get out of their way. We were in the industry, so we allowed visitors to pass first. What happened to serviceoriented employees? None, as you can see in my photo, was

We visited the Brioche and stay at the Design Suites and we were informed that we had lovely rooms when we came to the design suites, but they were wrong. The hotel is spread over five buildings, each one higher up the hill. We walked in and found the view to be spectacular. We had a picture window and a balcony with views of the surrounding snowcapped mountains and lake navel heap. I even had a Jacuzzi bath in the window because I couldnt be overlooked. We had one of the most comfortable and lovely rooms we have ever had. There was a steep walk to the main building and back again, but a minibus was available if you needed it. The restaurant had a fantastic dinner menu and the food was delicious but quite expensive. Breakfast was also tasty. We took a bus into the mountains and stopped at a sight point which was stunning. Ive seen many mountain views but nothing was as awe inspiring as this.
