Because I was with my kids, I had spacious corner room connections. Everything was immaculate and in excellent condition, and everything was spotless. The entire crew is quite thoughtful and kid-friendly. Since they already have pasta, chicken, and pizza, I believe that they could add a few options for children. We had pizza for my kids, and I'm certain that if I inquired for a straightforward pasta, they would have quick and easily prepared it. The children's indoor pool was a terrific option because it was open. I intend to return shortly.

After two weeks here, I was disappointed. It is supposed to be a five-star hotel. But, the rooms lack blinds, making the room alight at night, and there are no facilities such as a water kettle, shower gel, tea or coffee in the room, or extras for breakfast if you like a cappuccino. I think it's a good location but not worth the price.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. After a busy day inBuenos Aires, the garden is perfect for unwinding. There is nothing special about breakfast, and generally, most of the hotel employees didn't care about their customers, as was common in a five-star hotel. This is especially true for the waiters and receptionists.

Very good facilities, comfortable room, good gym, impressive air handling in elevators, and great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. But not quite a fivestar experience. No extra room amenities like water or coffee. Only a small pack of tissues that were not replaced when empty. Limited breakfast menu and no dairy free milk alternatives. So close to a five star but not exactly there.

The view from the hotel is amazing and breathtaking. The hotel is a top address in Buenos Aries. The hotel offers very big rooms, nice amenities, and incredibly attentive staff. The receptionist was always very helpful and the service team was amazing. I felt very safe and safe. Everyone took the measurements very seriously.
