This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are lovely and spotless. The hotel's tours are excellent. The staff is also very friendly but has no idea how to provide a service. The wine is unbearably expensive and the food is subpar. Table service needs a complete overhaul. We had a good time and the wetlands are worth visiting, but the price is too expensive.

The hotel is on the main river, and the grounds are lovely, with distinctive sculptures, including a caiman, all around it. It was a pleasure to sit and observe the birds and lizards. We regret the loss of such a wonderful time. On the way to the hotel, first of all, we were amused by the humming tree canopy. A staff member I believe his name was roland, who welcomed us to the hotel at a tiny table and yummy juices when we stepped inside. With our luggage, he took us to our room. The space was wonderful and unusual! The room was wonderful and unique. On the second night, there was a fantastic glass-covered dish with delicious cookies. On our first night, we were escorted to a separate building for a welcome supper with champagne. Our dinner consisted of a wonderful array of fresh foods and an open-fire grilled fish and meat. Wonderful. On the first night, our dinner, which included Champagne and wine, we were taken to a private boat ride to a lagoon. Fortunately, we went on a wetlands boat tour, and were greeted by wine and snacks. There isn't a budget breakfast menu. Excellent location! Small boutique hotel with pleasant staff and good food. Our room was great with a lovely view and the whole place was relaxing and well run. All activities, including airport pick-up and drop off, are included. We didn't need it because we had a guide and driver with us, but people we met said it was fantastic. I will stay here again in the future.

We stayed in a Toyota Hilum to travel to the hotel. On my trip in July, passages airport was closed for maintenance. The driver was progressive but safe, stopping at every need for toilet breaks. After living in the uk for a year, the driver spoke perfectly English. The next day, Alfonso took us on a boat trip through the marches where we saw several birds, some caiman and a few capybara. We had a snack at the boathouse. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom appears to be a giant tub, but it is actually a shower base. There is no tes in rooms 2 and 3, but there is a shared lounge with a to and coffee maker. Water and soft drinks are included in the room rate. Events such as the march, the river trip, and horseback riding appear to be included, so ask as soon as you drive. On the hotel grounds, there is also a short monkey trail, where you can see howler monkeys. Diana, the manager, was a gem and a pleasant person to talk to. The other waiting staff appeared to be new and inexperienced. One evening, dinner was chaotic without diana on the site. As staff experience and get better, this will likely change.
