the Costa Esmeralda is very clean and a safe place to stay. The staff are very polite and friendly. it is a quiet place but that is good. it was a very relaxing place to stay and i would definitely go back. the girl at the office (i wish i could remember her name) but she was so sweet and friendly. the pools are awesome. i have nothing bad to say. go and enjoy your stay there!! i highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at Costa Esmeralda. The property was extremely clean, well-maintained, and even more beautiful in person than in the photos. My room was comfortable and included a mini kitchenette, which was a great convenience for a short stay. The pool area was spotless and provided a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring Aruba. The location was convenient for getting to the beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. Sherry was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly. She assisted with arranging taxis, offered great recommendations, and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. This property offers excellent value for the price and feels like a hidden gem. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aruba.

The property was inviting. I loved sitting on the patio early in the morning with a cup of coffee listening to the birds sing. It was peaceful. The staff was wonderful. The AC in the second room leaked on a Sunday. We spoke to the property ownership and a repairman came in in about a half an hour to fix the problem. It was handled cleanly and efficiently. The property is very safe and secure. I would definitely return.

Stayed on property Apr 01-08. Beautifully kept and friendly customer service . Rooms are spacious and very clean . Daily housekeeping was great. Location is perfect - so close to beach and Restaurants. All within 3-10mins drive . Overall , I would highly recommend this hotel .

Cute place, pretty vegetation, very quiet and private. We only saw the owner for 30 seconds at check-in and another 30 seconds at checkout, which is my preference. The only downside is that you can't really get in touch with anyone after 5 pm. Overall, great experience.
