Toen ik en mijn partner arriveerden was er een klein probleem met de reservering. Onze reservering was nergens te vinden. Het werd wel op een professionele manier aangepakt en opgelost door de beheerster. Wij kregen een tijdelijke kamer voor onze eerste nacht en de eerstvolgende ochtend mochten we verhuizen naar een studio, zoals wij gereserveerd hebben. Als compensatie kregen aan het eind van onze verblijf een lekkere ontbijt, gemaakt door de beheerster zelf. De accommodatie was verder netjes, schoon, gezellig en we konden in de avond heerlijk buiten zitten en genieten van het lekker weer. Het zwembad was was lekker schoon en wij hebben lekker elke dag gezwommen. Deze accommodatie zal ik zeker aanraden.

New mattresses, new pillows, one single matras for queen and king beds and not two matress ajoint to each other. Broken Badroom accessories need to be repair and changed.

Property was pitiful, small, dirty, bugs, inadequate shower, couldn’t flush toilet paper, was told by checking host we needed to put to in the trash and not the toilet. Extremely small room, air didn’t work and no lock on the door. Want a full refund, didn’t stay ever one hour.

This place is a complete scam. They take your money but don’t actually secure your booking. When we showed up to the address, it looked like an abandoned rehab center with people wandering around inside a locked gated fence. There was no proper front desk—just a gate where you have to call someone to even attempt to check in. The man who answered was extremely rude. He kept repeating that check-in was at 4 PM, even though my flight had been delayed by a full day. I had already paid for Friday night but couldn’t arrive until Saturday because of the delay. Instead of working with me at all, he told me that was “my problem” and that the room had already been rented to someone else because I didn’t show up. So they kept the money and gave the room away. The entire interaction happened through a locked gate from the street. Completely unprofessional and sketchy. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

t was the worst experience. We arrived and they couldn’t find our reservation. Then, after we showed them the reservation details, they said it wasn’t paid and that we had to pay again. When we told them we were going to call to verify the payment, they just slammed the door in our faces, never opened it again, and didn’t answer any more calls. We had to find another hotel. They should remove this recommendation from Expedia — it makes the website look bad with the terrible service they provide.

That place is for very old people, too many rules, must go to sleep by 10pm, ask permission to use my room refrigerator, just a joke!!!!,,,,pretty much I can compare it with a hospice camp. No my vision to enjoy Aruba.

The property owner called the cops on me, she is was overbooked using multiple sites so she forcefully kicked me out. She is a known con artist on the island and overcharges for basic amenities and kicks cutomers out constantly. Terrible rooms, terrible behavior, refused to give me back my money that I booked with and had my bags taken by the cops while I was out. If i could report the property and get it taken down i would've. 0 out of 5 stars

The customer service was terrible the place stated i didn’t have a reservation when I did. I ended up having to sleep in my car the first night in Aruba. I do not recommend them to any one. Would give negative stars

Bed bugs and fleas were everywhere. It took two weeks for my legs to heal. No covers and old dirty sheets were on the beds, no toiletries.👎

Mala. Nos demoraron en atendernos casi una hora. La señora nos cobró aparte del pago 10 dólares más por migración a pesar de haber pagado el total y también haber pagado los impuestos migratorios en el aeropuerto. Para el check out lo mismo, esperamos una hora para que se acerque la encargada. Un maltrato total y la habitación extremadamente pequeña.

The property manager was not available. Also my room was given to someone else. She also charge a five dollars a day Tax for me being a tourist The property also had no air-conditioning we were also told not to flush the toilet because of sewage problems And the first night I did not even stay in the properly because my apartment was given to someone else

No one was there for us to check in. No one would answer any of the 3 phone numbers listed. There were also another couple trying to check in with us too. No one stayed at this hotel. Terrible!!!!

The hotel was closed and wasn't communicable. We had to look for another place to stay. Expedia at the other end defends these scammers and refuse to refund our payment when it is very clear that they broke the contract since we got no service. NEVER AGAIN.
