I love the family atmosphere of this hotel. I am always comfortable and warm in winter and there's a lot of restaurants within a short distance. Easy to find and has TV's in each room with a shared bathroom. It's an old pub and the management staff are great.

This motel was very good for what it is, a nice quiet and very comfortable motel room with tv fan and a shared kitchen and showers area but plenty of privacy and as I said it’s very quiet so makes for a great stay whilst travelling through the area

We wanted a place to stay that was comfortable, but not upmarket. It was close to everything & suited our needs. It was clean, staff were friendly and we could cook meals when required. We were glad we chose The Met Hotel.

Good for price. No Air con / heater, shared bathroom and road noise is high.

Located in the corner of the street and also main street. It was so close to go to the stores. The Hotel is an old hotel style. With SHARING bathroom and toilet. The room I got don't have a AC/Heater so it was so cold during the stay in winter. They also have a sharing fridge which is FULL. I think you have a long term people who stay there and you need to give them personal fridge. You also need put a room diffuser or candles to make it smell fresh and clean. The entire room can smell what people cook in kitchen.
