This was the latest of several stays at the Bristol Vienna. To put it mildly, the pandemic has made things a bit difficult for them, and I hope that they will soon be back to unsurpassed levels of superb service, particularly when they have enough staff. I hope they go even further in embracing their past and vintage feeling. Personally, I believe the rooms would benefit from the televisions being removed, which makes them feel a bit crowded and clashes with the original decor and fantastic room shapes, but I know that would not be popular with all guests, perhaps tablets. The bristol could give off even more of the luxury of stepping back in time, I believe. The bread and baked goods at breakfast surprised me, which appeared to be well below the quality I'd enjoyed at other, even less expensive lodgings in vienna. It was, however, a supplier issue. Breakfast is excellent, and the combination of selfservice components and attentive service was quite seamless. I can appreciate the need for security, but I was passing people on their way back to work around 530 a. M. I. To go to an atm before returning to collect my bags and check out. Although I was not shouted at, it was close. It would be nice to have never felt like one's schedule is inconvenient or shocking to hotel employees, who surely should be

Amazing all around. Lovely hotel with fantastic service. From check-in to checkout, they are there to help with everything you need, and the breakfast is also very good. The room is very nice.

The hotel bristol vienna is a fiesta hotel, however there are downsides. Its location is ideal along the Kaerntner Ring, close to many attractions. As anticipated, service is excellent at all levels, including reception, car valet, and housekeeping. It is a member of American Express fine hotels and resorts, so additional conveniences are included, including early check-in, late check-out 4 am, and a USD 100 food credit for those booking through this service. Breakfast dining area is spacious, wood-paneled, and comfy, although the food selection is restricted compared to other fiesta hotels in other European cities while comparable to other fiesta hotels in Vienna. The communal area where visitors order omelets and other cooked items is cramped and unable to accommodate the traffic. But the rooms are the real problem. They are sufficiently large, but they are outdated and strangely designed. I stayed in a king-size deluxe room. My room opened into a long hallway with a toilet water closet immediately to the right. Unfortunately, that was the only toilet in the room and the toilet's location didn't have a sink to wash my hands, so I had to walk through the bedroom to the primary restroom to obtain soap and water. In general, these design elements contributed to a very distinctive and unfriendly atmosphere to the accommodation.
