Hotel bardzo dobrze położony dla zwiedzających. Rzut beretem do przystanku tramwajowego na Prater i ok 200m do metra. Pokoje i łazienka w nich czysta. Obsługa anglojęzyczna i uprzejma. Bez problemu przechowała nam bagaż na zapleczu, ponieważ wyjeżdżaliśmy później niż należało upuścić pokój. Przecznica obok, deptak z licznymi barami i marketami spożywczymi. WIFI w pokojach. Polecam.

Минусы- обшарпано, прокурено, поломанный свет, слабый вайфай. Зато номер просторный и даже есть холодильник! С учетом близости вокзала и доступности центра, вполне нормально.

한국의 오래된 모텔 또는 여관 느낌. 그러나 중앙역 근처에 늦은 시간에 도착하게 된다면 잠만 잘 것이라면 저렴한 가격으로 괜찮을 지도. 청결을 좋아하는 많은 여자들은 호기심으로라도 묵지 말 것을 권함. 참, 내가 묵었던 방의 화장실 세면대는 물이 내려가지 않았다. 그런데 더 비참한 것은 물이 내려가지 않는다고 컴플레인을 해봤자 소용이 없을 것 같아서 클레임조차 걸지 않고 조용이 다음날 아침 일찍 나왔다.

My booking assured my room was secure. When I arrived in was put in a large room as no singles were left. I was told I would need to swap back over tomorrow but no details of a time. Whilst checking in there were a group on young men in reception, one of which tried to talk to me. He asked the man at reception serving me was my room for one person or two. This is found very disconcerting. I awoke at 8.30am to banging at my door. When I answered it no one was there. At 11.30am whilst I was getting ready, loud banging at the door again. I answer to a woman who looked like a member of the cleaning staff. She was talking in a language I did my understanding with a pen and paper in her hand. When I told her I didn't understand she spoke again but in German. I understood the words "reception" and "geld" meaning money. I told her I paid in advance. I had also given the man on reception when booking in a copy of this paperwork but at no time did he log anything. Once I was ready I went to reception. I spoke with different man. He said I would need to come back in one hour to change rooms. the time was 12.30 and this was starting to waste my day. When I arrived back at 1.30pm another man was at reception. He was very helpful. He said the only other rooms available were not singles so no point in moving me for one night. He was also there when I left the next day. This hotel is 10-15 mins walk from Vienna Hauptbahnhof station depending on your pace.

中央駅徒歩10分程度。経済旅行旨とする列車・バス移動旅行者には最適の宿かもしれない。もともとそんなに高くは無い駅前ホテルの3〜5割は安いだろう。まあ綺麗では無い，しかし安い。インターネットは一応パスワードはあるし，ドイツよりは余程ちゃんとしている。エレベーターもちゃんとある。従業員はとっつきにくい感はあるかもしれぬが，しかし皆優しい。但し，全体的に薄汚れた感は拭えぬ。

Hotelli oli alueen halvimmasta päästä. Huoneen kunto on siisti ja siivottu, mutta kulumisen jälkiä on havaittavissa. Erityisen mahtavaa oli respan palveluasenne ja -halu. Hotelli on erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla päärautatieasemaan nähden.

При заезде заселили быстро, но почему-то двоих в 4-х местный номер. В номере сильно пахло табаком и он совсем не соответствовал изображениям на фото, которые выставлены в интернете. На утро я потребовала поменять номер. Другой был уже лучше предыдущего, но в нем было тоже не очень чисто.

na začátku pobytu nás dali do nevytopeného pokoje s tím, že se vše ráno vyřeší.Vyřešilo se to pro opravdovou zimu ještě večer.Pak už fungovalo vše OK.Hotel vedou arabští kluci.Jsou hodní a vstřícní.Ale taky se tam další arabští kluci i ubytovávají.Ale na hotelu je kázeň a pořádek.Cena v poměru s polohou je naprosto excelentní.

Karlsplatzから地下鉄Ｕ１で３つ目と便利な場所にある。近くにはファボリーテンの歩行者天国もあり日常の買い物にも便利。レセプションの人達も親切。部屋は決して清潔とは言えず隣室の音もかなり気になるが、ロケーションと料金の安さの魅力に勝てず、ウイーン滞在の際、２回に１回はここに宿泊しています。 11月からオーナーが代わるということなので料金・サービス等どう変化するかが気になるところです。

It was my second time in Vienna, first time at Hotel Cyrus. I chose this hotel because of its location. It's a 10 minute walk to Wien Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), but you need to take the metro to go to Wien Westbahnhof Train Station-20 minutes by metro. Stephansplatz is 4 metro stop away (U1), and Karlsplatz is 3 metro stop away (U1). Nearest metro stop to the hotel is Keplerplatz-2 minutes to the hotel by walk. My point is the location is perfect. However, the hotel needs a renovation. I was aware of the hotel's star level when I booked a room, but still, the hotel could be better. Because of its plain decoration, it appears like a dirty hotel. By the way, toilets need a serious renovation. I have stayed at 2 star hotels, but Hotel Cyrus is not good because of the room's toiltes. The best thing about the hotel is its perfect location. Probably, it is the cheapset hotel when you think about the location.
