Wow I wish I had more days to enjoy this property. It is very big, so many things to do. They did an upgrade to our room so we got pool and ocean view which was great. The hotel has a casino inside, stores, restaurants, the beach is beautiful (a little bit far, but because of the size of the hotel), quiet, relaxing, white sand, clear blue water, OMG, definitely coming back.

The resort is incredibly kid-friendly with amazing pools and water activities. We thought the food was great and had a really nice time overall. However, some of the rooms and facilities could use some updating. Still a great place for a family vacation!

5 days at the Royal. Everything was excellent except the afternoon Security guards treating like crap as you returned to your suite. Dining was hit or miss. Best restaurants would serve one great meal and a second you couldn't eat . Loved the water park. Beach was overcrowded with locals trying to rent you a jet ski.

Our yearly family vacation it was great. The staff was able to accommodate us with connecting rooms for our family of 8 we had a great view from our balconies the rooms were cleaned every day. You have a great selection of restaurants throughout the property also shops if you like shopping for all kinds of gifts. The Waterpark was an amazing experience we loved it, they also have many events for kids like teen disco, karaoke, etc. Don't forget to visit pig island too 🐷definitely enjoyed our time there!

Atlantis exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into another world. The resort is absolutely stunning, with beautiful beaches, crystal-clear water, immaculate grounds, and more activities than we could fit into one trip. What truly sets Atlantis apart is that there’s something for everyone. Our children were completely captivated by Aquaventure, the incredible marine habitats, and the endless pools, while my wife and I loved the outstanding restaurants, luxury shopping, and simply relaxing in such a beautiful setting. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help. The entire property was clean, safe, and exceptionally well maintained. Every day brought a new adventure, yet it was just as easy to slow down and enjoy the breathtaking views. Yes, it’s a premium destination, but the value comes from having an entire world-class vacation experience in one place. There is simply nothing else like it. If you’re considering Atlantis, stop thinking and book it. It isn’t just a resort—it’s a destination that creates lifelong family memories. We left already talking about our next visit. Thank you, Atlantis, for giving our family one of the greatest vacations we’ve ever experienced.

We traveled to Atlantis the end of May. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which is ideal for our family of 5. The waterpark keeps our kids entertained all day, and my younger 2 kids love the various activities (bingo, pool games, etc...). There are plenty of food and beverage options (including Starbucks, Nobu, Fish, Carmine's), just be prepared for the higher prices. If Atlantis is in your budget, your kids will love it! I think for the price some improvements can be made (including bringing back the meal plans), but we would definitely consider staying again in the future. Favorite places to eat: 1. NOBU (although the server tends to make or break the experience) 2. Fish (their tasting menus are delicious!) 3. Murray's Deli (great for lunch) 4. Amber (great steak options and in the casino, so if you like to gamble, you are steps away) Least Favorite place to eat: 1. Carmine's (since their move from the previous location, food quality has greatly declined...food was bland, and even though the cheapest option, I would skip it) Side note: pack lots of sunscreen, you can always bring it back home. If you run out 1 bottle is like $30+

The Daily Resort Fee is per room and includes the following:-Daily Access to Aquaventure Water Park (value USD 190 per adult / USD 95 per child).-Unlimited access throughout your stay to The Dig, Predator Tunnel, and the largest open-air marine habit in the world with over 50,000 marine animals from 250 species.-Access to view fish and marine animal feedings.-Wi-Fi All Access (in guest rooms and lobby areas for four (4) devices; six (6) devices at The Cove and The Reef (value USD 24.09 per day).-Daily Access to Fitness Center for two (2) entitles guests to complimentary use of the cardio studio, universal and free weights. Tennis, fitness classes, and personal training sessions are omitted.-Two (2) Reusable Souvenir Water Bottles per room and access to filtered water stations throughout the resort.-Access to Indoor Theater and Poolside Movies.-Weekly schedule of complimentary Resort Guest Activities.-In-Room Coffee & Tea and Mini-Fridge (The Cove mini-fridges are not temperature regulated for medicine and dairy).-Resort Shuttle Service.-Daily Slot Tournament in Atlantis Casino.-Free Gaming Lessons (upon request).-Unlimited Local Phone Calls.
The property requires a security deposit of USD 150/night. This will be refunded at time of check out subjected to any incidentals for example Room service or Restaurant bills.
Upon check-in the guest needed to pay the resort fee and mandatory housekeeping gratuity. The Coral and The Royal = USD 59.00 plus a USD 5.90 VAT charge, totaling USD 64.90 per room per night.
Atlantis is a cash free property, and a valid credit card will be needed at time of check in to process any fees. Anyone checking into a room must have a credit card in their name. It cannot be in a person's name who is not on the reservation.
