0. One free parking spot is guaranteed with the booking. Additional spots are available for 15 euros per spot per night.

1. You must fill the jacuzzi COMPLETELY before using it. The water level must cover the last water jet on the sides of the jacuzzi. If you activate the jacuzzi before filling the jacuzzi, water jets will go everywhere and cause damages.

2. *Important* If you are considering booking more than 1-2 nights - i would encourage you to contact me first. We can discuss the rates and your special requirements and I am open to offering a discount depending on the duration of your stay.

3a *Important* Absolutely NO PARTIES or unauthorized guests at the apartment. Quiet hours from 00h-08h. No loud noise or loud music during that time period.

3b. NO FILMING unless expressly authorized!! agoda is for private stay ONLY therefore if you want to film for commercial purposes you need to ask for my consent before you film in my private property

4.*Important* 24/7 security cameras are present in the common part of the property (at the main entrance and in the corridors).

5. As the house has wooden floor and to avoid distrubting the others, please do not wear your shoes inside the apartment. Slippers will be provided on request.

6. Starting from February 1st 2017, a tourism charge of 3 Euros per person per night is imposed on all agoda stays. It is the host's responsibility to collect and is payable upon arrival. You may pay by cash or by bank transfer.

7. The 4 beds are prepared for the 1-8th paying guest. The first sofa bed will be prepared with bedding for the 9th and 10th paying guest, etc.

8. We provide free waffles / cakes as breakfast ! They are located in the cabinet in the hallway on the ground floor.

9. The apartments are located in a house without an elevator. Therefore you must be able to carry your luggages up the stairs. We kindly ask 15 euros extra if you require "extra" separate beds.

10. No smoking inside the apartment. You may only smoke outside the building or on the balcony.

11. Please remember to close the windows on the third floor before leaving, otherwise rain will enter and cause water damages!
