They should mention this when it comes to booking, but I totally understand having to pay for parking in particular in the city. This hotel is clean and comfortable. And the employee here was wonderful. Everything is within walking distance, and trams are also easily accessible outdoors, so it's convenient for exploring the city. We came from the UK, so I would say the only thing that let me down was that parking was included on application, but because it's not a cheap hotel either, I had to spend 80 dollars for 3 days.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. We have booked again for 2023! Thank you for a wonderful stay. A fantastic hotel. Staff is incredibly helpful. Loved the setting. At first, we thought we were far from the city centre, but on the way to the main market, we discovered other small Christmas markets that we couldn't have been found otherwise. In fact, we preferred the one close to the hotel because it was spectacular in the evening. Probably a 15-minute walk from the town center. But, we were unaware that all transport in Luxembourg is free and the tram train bus station is just a 1-minute walk from the hotel. Upon arrival, we received a cab at the airport for 50 euros, but you can leave the airport and get a number 29 bus which takes you straight to the bus station outside the hotel just fi. The rooms were lovely and clean, beds were very comfortable, and wonderful pillows! Breakfast was continental, but to be honest, I do not think I have ever eaten more breakfast. Excellent coffee and love the orange juice machine!

This hotel is fantastic. They are very helpful. The location was great. We thought we were a way out of the city center at first, but on our way to the main one, we came across some other little Christmas markets, and we wouldn't have found them otherwise. We preferred the location that was close to the hotel because the evenings saw a show and it was fantastic. Probably just a 15-minute walk from the town center. However, we were untrained that all transportation in Luxembourg is free and that the tram train bus stop is literally a 1-minute walk from the hotel. We took a cab from the airport for 50 euros upon arrival, but you can walk outside the airport and take a number 29 bus that takes you directly to the bus station outside the hotel just fi. The rooms were lovely and clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and there were wonderful pillows! Breakfast was continental, but honestly, I do not think I've ever had as much breakfast. good coffee and the orange juice machine! This hotel is an absolute must-visit and we have already reserved another for 2023! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. The rooms are comfortable and modern, with the appearance of being spartan but have all necessary amenities. Breakfast buffet is good with fresh orange juice and pastries. The service is excellent, from reception to cleaning. John and Maria were particularly great. The hotel is well located for the tram and all other areas in this compact city.

This is my eighth time staying in this hotel. The hotel is strategically located near the tram and all the other areas of this compact city. The rooms are comfortable and modern with the appearance of spartan, yet they are complete with modern conveniences. The buffet breakfast is tasty, with fresh orange juice and pastries. The service is excellent, from reception to cleaning. John and Maria were particularly good.
