Enchanté de mon séjour literie très propre et monsieur Vincent très aidant pour monter mes bagages, et demandé si ont à problèmes il est là ,a L,écoute , ,juste les escaliers pour mon âge mais pour moi rien a dire je ne comprend pas pourquoi ont donné a cette établissement des points aussi négatif ,faut pas exagérer douche dans ma chambre et literie parfaite que demander de plus ,pour le prix encore grand merci pour m,avoir donné de bon conseil et aider pour mes bagages ,je reviendrai

Actually, the building didn't smell good at all, the toilette was very dusty, and there wasn't a bath mat in the room after showering. The bed was too small for someone who is 184cm tall. I'm not picky about soap and shampoo, but there weren't any. The toilette door didn't work properly. There weren't any towels either, and well, all that.

La prenotazione prevedeva il bagno privato, ma c’era solo un gabinetto condiviso, con la serratura della porta che si chiudeva male. Dalle foto si vedeva che l’hotel non era dei più recenti, ma il problema grosso è che era sporco. Sia il bagno che la stanza avevano polvere stantia, e il pavimento della stanza era pieno di sabbia.

Als jemand, der schon sehr viel gereist ist und oft auch mit kleinem Budget übernachtet hat, kann ich sagen, dass dies das schlechteste Hotel ist, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Obwohl eine Übernachtung etwa 60 € kostet und angegeben wird, dass die Zimmer über ein Badezimmer verfügen, muss man sich tatsächlich eine Gemeinschaftstoilette teilen. Schon auf dem Flur riecht es stark nach Urin. Alles ist völlig veraltet und schmutzig. Das Badezimmer im Zimmer ist praktisch unbenutzbar – es ist vielleicht einen halben Quadratmeter groß, sodass kaum eine Person hineinpasst. Außerdem gibt es im Zimmer nur ein kleines Waschbecken. Schon beim Zähneputzen lief es über, weil der Abfluss kaum funktionierte. Da wir sehr spät angekommen sind und nur eine Nacht bleiben mussten, hatten wir keine andere Wahl, als hier zu übernachten. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedoch absolut nicht empfehlen. Spart euch das Geld und erspart euch diese enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Cet établissement est à la limite de l insalubrité et d'une vétusté totalement inadmissible. J'ai été dans l'obligation d'acheter un produit désinfectant pour le WC, la douche, les poignées de porte, le porte-manteau. Il faut vraiment fuir cet endroit et nous ne comprenons pas comment ce logement peut encore être proposé par le site "Expédia" 😤

J’ai réservé une chambre dans votre établissement en m’attendant à bénéficier d’un hébergement propre et conforme aux conditions annoncées. Or, à mon arrivée, j’ai découvert une chambre dans un état inacceptable. Une forte odeur d’insalubrité était présente dans la chambre et dans les sanitaires. Les conditions d’hygiène étaient telles qu’il était difficile, voire impossible, d’utiliser les toilettes ou de se laver dans des conditions normales. Cette situation a rendu mon séjour extrêmement désagréable. J’ai également le sentiment que certaines chambres présentant ces problèmes sont attribuées malgré la connaissance de leur état, ce qui est particulièrement préoccupant pour les clients. Les conditions constatées ne correspondent pas à ce qui était annoncé lors de la réservation ni aux normes minimales que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un hôtel. Je demande donc un remboursement de mon séjour ainsi qu’une réponse rapide à cette réclamation. Je reste à votre disposition pour fournir des photos ou tout autre élément permettant d’appuyer ma demande. Veuillez agréer, Madame, Monsieur, l’expression de mes salutations distinguées.

Si il aurais encore un mot plus que horrible pour definir cette hôtel honteux de louer ce genre de chambre. Je vais plus jamais m’aventurer avec hôtel.com . Les locations se feront sur booking et Airbnb dorénavant.

Das schlimmste was ich erlebt habe. Wir haben direkt ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Erschüttert hat mich Expedia, hab direkt Expedia kontaktiert, weder Hilfe bekommen, noch bekomme ich mein Geld zurück. Wir waren 2 Frauen mit 2 Hunden und hatten echt Angst um unser Leben. Wieso bietet man so eine Unterkunft an? Wir sind Fassungslos.

De aankomst was oke, Eens op de kamer was het erg erg vuil! Er staat dat er geen luxe is en akkoord maar netheid is wel het minimum maar dit was absoluut niet zo. De lakens waren vies, de vloer, de wc, douche… Bij het zien van de eerdere slechte recensie werden we heel grof aangesproken!!! 1keer en nooit meer
