We traveled from Bangladesh, Shakaka, and Changrabanda by bus. I got to Joygaon and checked into the Phuntshilong border immigration office. Our tour operator's guide picked us up by vehicle. Car began to move toward the human capital. A very lovely road that rises up hills after hills from sea level. Car has no bumper, no trespass, and no accident on the road, it was controlled by traffic rules. It took 6 hours to reach our hotel 89, nice, spotless hotels. We spent 3 nights going to all attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the temperature was very chilly, measuring 5 degrees Celsius.

I've only given it a score of 2, because of the location and the beds. The location is excellent, but this hotel's unique advantage is its prime position. Everyone is just a short distance away. When it comes to its rooms, they are spacious and certainly have comfortable beds and pillows, but the bathrooms are bad. Water from the bathroom was pouring out of the flooring. Also, the door wasn't locked. The rooms and the lobby did not have Wi-Fi. The food prices are exorbitant. A simple sandwich costs 100 dollars. The front desk staff is confused with the orders made and served. Service is not long.

Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. We stayed in Chimpanze this month. It has a snowfall in Chimpanze. We got poor room service. The whole lady employees behave badly. They have very limited hospitality ideas. This hotel is very different from other hotels. The rooms are ok and close to the clock tower.

Hotel is in good condition. The staff is helpful. There was one step which spanned a huge gap in my wife's right leg and caused a big injury. I was rushed to Delhi for further treatment after getting first aid from hotel personnel. We had never seen such a space before. Hotel management should make up for the thousands of rupees spent on hip replacement. Please be cautious.
