All things in this place were pleasant. This hotel is in the heart of the city, not far from everything. When I stayed there, everything was brand-new and spotless, and it was only six months old. There is hot water in the showers and a working air conditioner in the rooms. I was disappointed with the service from the owners because the owner refused to let him go to my room while I was showering and changing the towels, giving me 4 stars instead of 5.

I stayed here for one night before my jungle trip and thought it was an excellent base. Central location close to all tour operators and shops etc. One block from the river. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage and lighting. There was good air conditioning and ceiling fan, but I didn't need to use them overnight as the room remained cool in May. The bathroom was modern and hot water lasted a while to flow through. Towels and soap provided but no hand towel and only one pillow. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace and is good, eggs if you want them and breadfruit. Wifi was good and refills of water were provided at the front desk and supermarket next door. Staff does not speak English, but they are pleased to talk via Google Translate. Would return.
