A pousada fica a cerca de 15 minutos de carro do centro de Paraty, em uma região tranquila, cercada pela natureza e com um rio passando nos fundos. Para quem está de carro e busca paz, silêncio e contato com a natureza, é uma boa opção. O quarto é confortável e a cama é excelente. Foi muito agradável dormir ouvindo o som dos grilos e do rio. Por estar em uma área muito arborizada, mesmo com o quarto bem isolado, alguns insetos acabam entrando. Durante as duas noites da minha estadia, encontrei baratas no quarto. Para mim, isso não comprometeu a experiência, mas não recomendo para quem tem problema com insetos. O principal ponto negativo foi o ralo do chuveiro, que estava entupido na primeira noite. Como tomei banho depois das 22h, precisei lidar com a água empoçada. No dia seguinte, ao solicitar manutenção, o dono limpou prontamente o ralo e retirou bastante areia e cabelo. Ele comentou que isso seria normal, mas, justamente por ser recorrente, acredito que deveria ser verificado antes da liberação do quarto para um novo check-in. O café da manhã é honesto, sem nada especial, mas cumpre o prometido. Não recomendo para quem está sem carro. Há vans para a cidade, mas sem horário certo, e um Uber para um trajeto de cerca de 10 a 15 minutos pode custar entre R$ 50 e R$ 80. Para quem está de carro, recomendo: a pousada é muito tranquila e tem uma paz especial.
