My girlfriend and I went to the Pousada Casa de Shiva, what a beautiful gem. And the time there is wonderful. It's lovely, cozy, romantic, and provides great service. Thank you so much to the casa de shiva team, we will return.

A wonderful hotel, we will come back to. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. At night, I recommend the sauna and heated pool, which are both beautiful and have a clear sky above, filled with stars. There are so many wonderful waterfalls in the area, please ask the staff to recommend places to visit on the day.

We are very happy that we stayed here for a week, the room was lovely and clean with a breathtaking view of the valley. And then the service was so friendly and made us feel at home. After that, the breakfast was very good, and I will come back again.

The hotel staff is lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious, yummy, and organized. The room is clean. However, both the room and the bathroom are too cold. The doors in the room and the bathroom are too loud. The sauna was not working. Whats really not good are the streets next to the hotel. They are not paved, there is dust everywhere and holes. Our stay was good, but maybe the price we paid was not worth it.

The sauna and heated pool are great, I must add, it's a different experience to go to at night when nobody is around. This is a hidden gem in the center of the most breathtaking nature. The hotel has a small menu and a few cocktails, highly recommended, so delicious. The room is wonderful and the beds and pillows are excellent. Breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed the fruit compote with homemade granola.
