Where do I begin? The hotel needs a great update, the shower room is leaking, the reception is plain, and I would not let my dog on the sofas. The reception staff particularly a few ladies were excellent and very helpful but as for the rest it leaves a lot to be desired. One word that comes to mind is rude, and because we were English, we were forced to wait while the rude Russians at the bar and restaurant were a priority, slamming doors in your faces, and having no manners at all. The food was terrible, but I give credit to the pizza lady, who was the highlight of the day. The hotel gets a 1 from us only for the few helpful reception staff. Our first and last trip to Bulgaria. The cuisine in restaurants is very good, especially the fat cat, which is a few minutes walk away and I would highly recommend. The strip in general was filthy and needed tac, watch your money as they will rip you off if given the chance. Avoid all costs.. During my stay, I met a few beautiful English and Scottish people, which brightened the day.

We are on our final day out of 7, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The hotel itself is a little antiquated, and the rooms are simple but clean and useful. The pool is nice but there are some loose tiles on the pool floor but that doesn't affect the use etc. Prior reviews mentioned that the staff was rude and Russians got priority. This hasn't been the case, I found. The majority of the staff have been lovely, helpful, and extremely personable. I've not noticed that other nationalities get more preference over the british even though there are many bulgarian holidaymakers here and other nationalities, and they are not always the most friendly. All inclusive isn't worth it. Breakfast is fine, porridge and ground rice pudding was good, and lunch was pretty much salad and chips for me. We have ate out most evenings and the one evening we did eat at the hotel it was pretty awful. Ice cream was available 1012 and it was nice although there were limited flavours towards the end of our stay. It has a convenient location, near the strip but not too close and was quiet at night. Yes, it could use some improvement, particularly in the food and beverage side, but you get what you pay for I suppose. If you do come be ready to eat out mainly which obviously impacts the cost of the holiday.

This is a terrible hotel. If you speak English, it is very rude. They will try to serve Russians first! The personnel is quite unfriendly, and not many of them speak English. Rice and chips were about all that was edible when eaten at the hotel. The pizza shop owner was the nicest meal around. She made a dessert one as well at rp, which was excellent. To take the edge off, the only alcoholic beverage we drank was beer with the top. We had to request new towels because during our week stay, they did not change them or the bedding at all. The beds are like sleeping on wood, and each day we woke up with backache. We didn't mind the very basic accommodations. Perfect spot for the strip, where you will spend a lot of time. There was no entertainment, so we bought some cards and played in the seating area next to the lobby bar, but they really didn't want people doing this, but I don't know what else they expect you to do. Pools do not have music. We grabbed lots of loose tiles from the bottom of the pool. Everyone created a game out of it. When we arrived at around noon, they had a pack lunch with a bottle of water, which we thought would be the best part of our stay. I would never book this hotel again! The bulgarians were very nice and
