I spent a couple of nights at this hotel to see friends and family in seem reap. This is a very good and tranquil location to stay in seem reap. The management and staff provided excellent service. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The pool was also nice to use and it's never a problem for the staff.

This hotel is nice. This place is situated close to the pub street and from the buzz of the city. And then, the pool and the outdoor space were perfect. After that, the comfy atmosphere in this place. Subsequently, the location is very close to the pub street area.

The employees were polite and helpful, though. The hotel is located on the pub street about 10 minutes by taxi. The rooms are tidy and quite decent. The bed was so firm that I almost felt like lying on the floor. The pool area is good with plenty of sun all day long. Breakfast consisted of supper with noodles and vegetables and no meat options.

If we returned, I would remain here again. This hotel exceeded my expectations and was less than I had anticipated. It is an island in a chaotic traffic zone that is set back from the main road. Everything we did was accomplished by the staff, who was excellent and accommodating. A cold towel to wipe our face and hands as we checked in, and a chilly fruit drink were offered to us. Our six-night visit was handled without a hitch. The room was nice and tidy, and it was big enough for us. A small terrace with a view of the pool was present. Things that were disappointing. We requested hangers be brought to our room a few times, but none of them ever happened. Just gave up. Our safe wasn't mounted down, so someone simply lifted an old one out and hung a new one on the closet shelf. Given that, we made the decision to simply carry all of our belongings. Never worked terribly well. Mostly, not at all, which was fine. It was difficult to figure out the bathroom faucets, but that may have just happened to me. In their concept of western cuisine, the restaurant was different. I chose to eat local cuisine. Overall, we enjoyed our assessment that this hotel was well worth the cost.

We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The room and bathroom were clean and we had a view of the pool. The staff were very helpful in booking excursions or tub tubs. It is on a main road meaning it's a bit difficult to walk anywhere from the hotel but it takes around 5 min in a tub to the center of seem reap. We didn't hear any noise from the road and found it very peaceful.
