I stayed in a fantastic room on the floor. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and tidy and a great size. The location is perfect for sightseeing. The restaurant was closed, but that doesn't bother me. When I go to Torino again I will be back

I will definitely stay here again. The location is great, so I can walk everywhere. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and there are also several coffee shops in the area. They have good and comfortable beds in their rooms and spacious bathrooms. I really enjoyed having a living room and coffee sink area. The employees were friendly and quick to respond to any queries or issues.

In April, our group of 7 women stayed in 2 suites. The rooms were next to one another. The room was spacious and clean. Excellent customer service. Parking was simple. The elevator wait was short. We loved the location and went to eateries, shops and tim Hortons.

We absolutely recommend it and will be happy to stay there again but better prepared. The suite was glowing, and the bed was made to perfection with lovely smooth linens. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed due to couid. This wasnt a really big deal, but there was nothing at all available to purchase, such as water, snacks, etc. They provide the usual, shampoo, soap, conditioner, and body lotion. There are restaurants and a huge convenience store across the street. This is great if you think ahead and dont need anything after a time when you wouldnt want to be out walking. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We ordered one night, but picked it up in the lobby.

We stayed one night in a suite with a king bed. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the bathtub. The grout needs to be replaced. The tub stopper did not hold water in and the tub was uncomfortable to lie back in. They had a special parking area which was a nice surprise. The restaurant was closed and breakfast was not included but we felt we got good value for money.
