A very kind host at a party made us feel so welcome. All downtown amenities are conveniently located here. Our room is delightful but has a sloped bed, causing an unpleasant night. No matter, though because sleeping won't happen with the noisy neighbors next door! Sneezing, sniffing, snoring, and taking a shower at midnight, they might as well share our room. As someone said in a prior review, the walls are so thin that I feel like I'm staying in a boarding house rather than paying more than $100 for a night! It's a shame that the place is beautiful and has great staff, but nothing else matters if one doesn't get a good night's sleep due to noise.

The location was great, and the staff was so friendly, but I reluctantly gave this be a poor rating. Nevertheless, I also wanted to provide feedback to future travelers seeking to experience a maritime experience. Ive stayed in several places, and my room was by far the worst I have ever stayed in. First and foremost, avoid room 4 or cozy queen it was small and the bathroom needed some tactic. As previously stated, the toilet seat is still broken and mold has been removed from the bathtub. A simple caulking job would quickly fix that. The wallpaper was still peeling off, and the temperature was freezing. There was no warmth. The room was cold and damp. The blankets were extremely thin. The ceiling fan was full of dust. It wasn't hot enough to turn on the second breakfast. Breakfast started with yogurt, granola, and fruit. The main course was then quite small. There was also no way to discuss room arrangements because he spoke directly to me because I understood that English was not his mother tongue. I was having a difficult time speaking to him because he was speaking to his employees in English. The third new owner. I sincerely hope TripAdvisor will create a new listing because the outstanding reviews were based on the past owners and her wonderful scones and cuisine. Nonetheless, breakfast was adequate. We were staying here for a couple of nights. Excellent location, only a short stroll from the city center and the waterfront. The inn was converted from an older house, so there are a few limitations in that regard. The room we were given was a bit small. However, the staff that worked there was very friendly and helpful.

Our host hanna went above and beyond to ensure that we had a safe and pleasant stay. The price was lower than most and a hot breakfast was provided. What a wonderful way to begin the day! met many Canadians and a wonderful daughter and mother from Munich Germany. I was lucky enough to meet Alan Doyle on the musical based on the Portuguese Hafen. It was a decent stay, but you should only consider the reviews because it has been under new management if you want to make an informed decision about your stay. I am trying to provide a positive review, not a negative, and I'd want to start by pointing out that everything was fine, and everyone was friendly. I believe it's important to remember that the majority of the highly rated reviews are from the time when the inn was under a different management, I know this because we stayed here five years ago and had such an amazing experience, we made a special trip to Charlottetown, just to stay here once more. I didn't think about checking to see if it was under new management at the time, although when I attempted to contact the inn and book it directly, they instructed me to book through application. When I requested a specific room, I was directed to choose room 7 when I went to the booking site. Imagine my dismay when no room numbers were provided. I then emailed the email I had previously used via the Canada Be Network website, but when I did not get any response, I decided to remain with application. I wrote down my situation, and I was then greeted by smiling faces that were not my memory. Despite the fact that the room I requested was reserved and that I would be in a different room.
