A fantastic, spotless spot with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The mountain views are breathtaking! Dead Man's Flats is small and quiet, but the walkability to local gas stations and the coffee shop is a massive perk. Management was professional and responsive, and you can't beat how close it is to the drive into Banff.

The accommodations were great. Unfortunately not all suites were equally equipped. Also, they are showing their age. Could use a refresh. That being said, yes the staff were very helpful. Although seemed odd the office was not open at 10 am.

We enjoyed staying at Copperstone Resort. Our unit was very clean and well laid out. We have a little dog, so require a pet friendly place and we had an end unit with easy access to the outside area. Like that there’s a stream and walking path right behind. Would definitely recommend

we stayed for the weekend and found it was great for the family to have as a base camp - large rooms - all amenities to make suppers and breakfasts - the staff were great when we needed larger pots and ideas for walks to take.

Nice, quiet condo with views of the forest & private balcony. Pet friendly. Hot tub area is nice & underground parking is a bonus. Staff was very friendly when we couldn’t figure out how to get into our room. 5 min to Canmore for groceries & 35 min to Nakiska ski hill. Great value.

All staff super courteous, welcoming and helpful. I felt concerned when, within a couple days of our arrival, I noticed our assigned unit had been changed to a unit that had not been updated. I was relieved that although the unit may not have been as updated as the one originally assigned, it still suited our needs and was comfortable for our party. The underground parking was great and we enjoyed our accommodation, the peaceful surroundings, and short drive to Canmore.

Great space for a get away and sleep. Hot tub was hot , enjoyed the quick dash through the falling snow. Magical ! Hot tub was large and fit groups of people. Parking on site and underground was great for keeping car warm. The room had everything we needed to cookd quick breakfasts and heat up dinners, appetizers etc for our night in. We enjoyed having access to the outside( private deck,patio) from our living room. Would stay here again.
