The room was dirty, when I called the front desk to ask them to clean my room, no one came to clean it. Service is good, but the room isn't clean, if cleanliness is important to you it's not the hotel for you. :The service is good but the room isn't clean, if cleanliness is important it's not the right hotel for you

We stay there for 2 nights because my daughter got married there. I like the very nice room, the service is excellent. And check-out is also quick. I wish I could have been done at oh or oh instead of oh but I think it's the same for the other hotels.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. Only one thing I can say is that it needs updating. It's old and expensive for what you get. Also if you go to the old queen it is not close by. The staff and service are good.

The staff and the meals were both excellent, and the restaurant was extremely pleasant. On a certain day of the week, they provide a reduced price for their wine selection. But they claimed that they had forgotten to order the special wines and that it was not offered the day we visited. On the day we arrived, there were roadworks right outside the hotel. We had come from montreal, and as we got closer, all we could see were route barre and detour signs. There was no way to get to the front, and there were no signs at the rear indicating where the hotel was. Other visitors reported experiencing the same issues and frustrations. The room was quite large, spotless, and cozy. While the room needed to be cleaned after day 1, this was ignored. There is a very nice indoor pool, but the water was very cold. The hot tub was extremely hot. On day one, getting into the pool was challenging because the room cards weren't working, and the pool attendant seemed to ignore our yelling and barking. On certain days of the week, they provide a reduced price for their wine selection. On the day we were there, however, they claimed they had forgotten to order special wines and so were not accessible. We opposed
