The property was amazing. Only thing I can say is the echo in the suites of slamming doors from other rooms. The doors to the suites ideally should have a slow closing mechanism to avoid the constant slams.

Great hotel in downtown Toronto. Close to the streetcar and about 10 minute walk from Union station. The hotel itself is very modern and feels very new. Welcomed by the friendly staff and as soon as they realised it was a birthday celebration trip they gave us a card and nice chocolates. The room was everything we needed with a super comfortable bed. There was an issue with the AC which we reported and was quickly resolved. Breakfast had so many choices, Id have like some more fruit options but that is a small complaint. All in a great hotel with friendly staff, would highly recommend.

I had very good experience, location, cleanliness, service, staff and breakfast was all very good. The hotel does not have a parking lot, but there is parking lots with in minutes walking, I encourage the staff at the reception to know more about to be able to give good details about how to park so the client s don’t be worried about parking, thank you

I had a great stay here! Everything is so clean and the amenities were great. What really struck me was the staff. There were always lots of staff available to assist, and everyone was so friendly. From the moment I arrived to the property, on my short walk to the front desk, at least four staff members smiled and nodded at me and were able to point me in the right direction. Once I was checked in, someone even walked me to the elevator and called it for me. Such a warm and frictionless reception. I hope this team is well looked after because they are doing a fabulous job making guests feel welcome.
